How to help someone through withdrawals?

One of my dear friends has recently decided to get sober from amphetamines and also wean themselves off 7OH. I am very proud of them, but the withdrawals are brutal to watch. Thankfully they've been sleeping a ton, but any moments not sleeping, the symptoms are intense. What can I do to support them? What foods are easiest to keep down, and are there any supplements that ease symptoms?

Did anyone else experience a bad reaction to vagibiom?

I inserted one and forgot about it. Shortly after, was intimate with my partner while lying sideways and one butt cheek got very wet from the action. The next day that butt cheek had a red bumpy rash on it. I panicked and got a self swab std panel at the health department and came back negative. The rash went away after some benadryl and I had forgotten about the suppository altogether (I've had a lot going on and found it hard to think lately) and then this morning inserted another one, and now my vulva is red and swollen and irritated, and I just made the connection in my brain about the vagibiom being the potential cause of the last rash. Has this happened to anyone else?

Has anyone else been dry for their entire adult lives?

I'm 28 but I've been dealing with this for the last ten years. I've always been dry as the Sahara, and the skin down there tears easily. Brought it up to a doctor and they just suggested I switch up my birth control. I've now been off birth control for five years and the symptoms persist. I have been in relationships with several different people and it's always been this way. I'm very attracted to my current partner and I wish I could get my body to show it. I take probiotics daily (happy v for months but recently switched to femdophilus) I drink water, I eat a high-fiber diet, and I get plenty of exercise. Anyone else dealing with this?

Bite-mark looking bumps haven't gone away in a few months

I have these strange raised bumps on my breast. They look like a bite mark but I've never been bitten there, so I'm at a loss. What could this be?
