Orange boxes are camera sight zones. The dumpsite can be entered from any direction, it isn't a room, its open ground with some obstacles. Doors and vents are self explanatory.

It just seems odd, did Kinger and Scratch code him to look like that, was it 'made' for him out of his own personality and character traits? I understand he doesn't have to be the most imposing as he can change size and alter his surroundings however he likes based on what we've seen but still, a body like his seems very odd...
