Almost 3yo suddenly refusing milk, lost 700g — what worked for your toddler?

My son is 3. He used to drink ~6 oz milk 5+ times/day, plus snacks, and ate 3 bowls of rice a day.

For the past month, he completely refuses milk (started breaking molars) and almost all snacks. He still eats a full bowl of rice 3× a day and seems hungry, but when I offer snacks he refuses almost everything: yogurt, banana, bread, biscuits, cheese, fruit, even another bowl of rice.

He’ll occasionally eat yogurt, tofu, fruits, and yogurt drinks for snacks but not everyday (depends on his mood). I always to include chicken/fish and some vegetables on his rice (which I think helps but not so much).

The biggest issue is that he refuses anything unfamiliar as soon as he sees it. We’ve tried different milk brands of milk (even fresh milk like Arla), tetra packs, chocolate drink(milo), cold milk (Nido)/ with ice, different bottles and cups. He won’t even take a sip and gets upset if we encourage him.

His weight:
12.4 kg (May 11) → 11.7 kg (Aug 17)

We weren't that worried since he has been eating not until we saw his pediatrician today. Doctor said he needs more calcium and prescribed appetite stimulant.

Has anyone had a toddler suddenly become this restrictive with food/milk? What actually worked? Did you stop pushing milk and focus on other calcium sources? Did feeding therapy help? Saw D Drop online, would that work?

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.

EDIT: We are Asian, so what I mean with Rice as a meal is Rice with either chicken, fish, or vegetables.

TEEM FIXED RATE

Hi Guys! Question lang for Teem members na nagswitch na to Fixed rate, kamusta po ang transition? Were you also offered a slightly lower rate compared to hourly?

I thought this transition is fully optional and that strictly enforced lang with new hires. Pero nag reach out recently yung SM ko regarding this and parang no choice na talagang magswitch. I tried to negotiate the rate pero parang walang laban :( How are you guys? What are your thoughts? Thanks po!!

Problem/Goal: HELP! Need advise and feedback with Silver window TINT.

Hello, question po. Any feedback po with Silver tints for window? Our Engr. recommended we use that, however, mejo hesitant ako kasi feel ko kita kami inside sa gabi although we have blinds naman. Not sure if mas okay mag brown tint nalang if mas may coverage siya sa gabi?

Also, our theme is Muji like puti/kahoy colors so not sure if babagay po ba siya sa theme. Please help. Wala po ako masyado makitang review sa silver tint about night time. Thank you so much!
