Down 50lbs

Feeling so good y'all. Need to work more on strength training, but have a marathon in a couple weeks then I'll discuss on strength.

What I did: a moderate deficit, between 0 and -300. Since I'm running, on long run days I don't eat in a deficit, days I'm not running in sedentary and do about -300 deficit. 80/20 approach to food and 100grams of protein non negotiable. Also 500mg er metformin.

✨ Ohh also my face is red cause I just got micro needling for acne scars 💖

How to remove ads- solution

I have found a hack of sorts to remove ads that works so far for me. You search your thing "running outfit" then you ad a curse word to the end. I have used the f word and the s word and then no ads come up in the search at all. I have no idea why this works. I have also found less ai posted content this way as well.

Been enjoying the 80/20 approach

My goal is 100g of protein, though after getting a DEXA scan I've decided I need to get more and I'll be increasing my goal to 120g a day✨

DEXA vs Smart Scale

I recently got my first DEXA scan and compared the results to my at home smart scale.[ I also went through all the DEXA results for anyone who is interested that has a similar build to me.](https://youtu.be/9WQ2LQcibBM)

I'm 5'4 and 151 lbs

I have PCOS and I have been working on losing weight (down 45lbs) by eating in a moderate calorie deficit, running and cross training. I have been using the online TDEE calculator to adjust my calories based on what my smart scale was telling me was my body fat. It was way under estimating, by over 15%! The DEXA had some really neat other info like one of my legs has a more than a full pound more of muscle in it than the other too!

What I eat in a Week | 40 lbs down + Marathon Training with PCOS

Hey ladies, I just made a video yapping about what I eat in a week as someone with PMOS who is marathon training and working on weight loss. Not sure if that would be helpful to anyone else, but its something I am navigating so I thought I'd share. When I started my weight loss journey I was obese, I am now in the overweight category, hoping to get to the healthy weight to manage some of my symptoms.

Feedback needed for a fitness channel

Hello, I am looking for feedback on my channel. I recently picked my channel up with more steam in the last 3 months. Focusing on health, running and PCOS type content. (I have some older videos on my channel that im not sure if I should archive or leave since they have okay views but are different from what Im posting now.) My main question is some of the videos I have been posting in the series Im working on are being pushed to the "right" audience. What I mean is when I look at the video, reach and the "suggested videos" that gave me traffic they are right on point with my content, but then some are so WILDLY off its crazy. I keep the #'s generally the same and the basics of the description the same between the videos other than what needs to be updates (like what actually happens in the video, chapters links etc.) So what is going on there? How can I improve? I know I've only been working on this at this rate for a few months so any feedback is welcome if you are seeing something else I am missing. Thanks

Anyone know the deal here

This guy reached out to me unprompted. I tried asking what he was using to get his "SEO" score since he gave me a 0/100 which I thought didn't sound right since I have a few videos with okay views and have only been doing this for a few months.

But getting some help would be nice from someone that knows what they are doing.

Or is this just like a bot farm thing?

EDIT: I told him no thank you, thanks everyone

Metformin Experience with PCOS

After 4 months of taking 500mg ER of Metformin I decided to make a lil video on my experience. I see a lot of people asking about weight loss and that seems like what people want to know about other than when will they not be shitting themselves. So I talk about my experience with both. Lol long story short if you don't want to watch is, it's not a weight loss drug, but it's a great tool to help unlock your potential if you're putting in the work. Yes, the first week I did have to stop mid run to shit in the woods because I was not taking the meds as directed. It only took that one incident for me to then increase my fiber and just take the meds as directed and boom goes the dynamite, no more potty pants in the woods.

So far I've lost 30ish lbs before metformin (over a year) and now 15 ish lbs with metformin

Refund for missingAitjentoc Book 2024 boxes

Posting incase anyone else has been waiting for the Authentic Book 2024 boxes in the year 2026. I had been going back a forth with AB for a while and decided to even get the "surprise" box for one of them to just get one of the 2024 boxes, but I was a little disappointed with the items. So I had asked for a refund. It took a few emails and messages back and forth, but I finally did get a refund from AB. Might be the best method until they can catch back up with box orders. Its a shame because I really thought these were the best book boxes.

Sorry for the typo in the title :)

Any 0401 series positions in the Louisville District area coming up?

Anyone aware of any possible positions open for 0401 in that area? I know openings are few and far between these days. Just curious. GS 13 or 14?

Making slow progress on weight and acne

I'm down about 30 pounds so far. I felt like there was no progress until I did some side by side photos. I've been following a calorie deficit and 100 grams of protein plus focusing on 80/20 diet and exercise most days I do that pretty well. I thought after time the intense sugar cravings would like chill. But I'm still feeling like a fucking brain worm lives inside of me and tells me to eat nothing but captain crunch. But seeing my face is making me think hey now hey now this is what dream my are made of. I could keep 80/20 up I think. Anywho thanks for commiserating with me in this group. If I had another person ask me if I was pregnant I was going to bite their toe off.

▲ 26 r/PSLF

Thank you everyone here for keeping me motivated AND keeing me educated. I hit my 120 payments and got "green banners" this month, and now am waiting for the official letter. I have resubmitted my PSLF, and checked on MOHELA, but they already put me on forebareance when I hit the 120. So that was a nice surprise, I just took off my autopay just incase.

One thing I haven't see anyone post is on FSA is you can see the $ you pulled on your loan and the $ you've paid. Which is really a nice thing for me to reflect on now. Makes the 10+ years its taken worth it. (10+ cause I took some time off to travel for a bit). Any who YAY! Just love seeing these posts and excited to make my own.
