Vyvanse Withdrawals

Hey all,

I am based in Sydney , travelling to Korea, flight on Monday , and made the mistake of not checking before whether I can carry vyvanse without any issues, turns out you need to get an import permit which takes about 10 business days to be approved, I emailed the department in Korea and they responded back saying that I have to leave meds at home , either postpone the trip or find alternative, so clearly there is no option, I can’t postpone the trip as I have booked everything and tried asking my doctor for alternative but he refused. I am currently on 40 mg and have been on it for a year , I tried giving it a break before but got really depressed and now my flight is in 2 days , traveling solo without vyvanse which will make it difficult for me to enjoy the trip , any tips ?

Ritalin

Anyone has Ritalin? I am happy to pay, based in Sydney , I am traveling to Korea coming Monday and forgot to apply for import permit as vyvanse is illegal there and therefore can’t carry it with me , Ritalin is however legal and the only option for me.

ADHD Meds

Hi all,

You might have seen this already several times , I am on vyavsne adhd med which is illegal in Korea and you need to get permit in order to import it and you need to do it 2 weeks before at least , i just got to know about this and my flight is in 4 days , I did email narcotics but I am not sure if it was automated or actual email but I was told if it’s not done in advance prior to 10 business days application will be rejected so please leave the meds at home or postpone the trip so you can travel once you get approval , now I have heard that you can carry the allowable limit and Ill be there for 10 days , I have prescription and letter , and there is a chance I might not be checked but then again with my email I have shared all details such as passport number flight details which would mean there is a higher risk of me getting checked as they might track me ?

Thoughts ? I can’t go without meds as the withdrawals are bad .

Sydney fellows

Hi , I am looking to meet up with people who are currently in vyvanse, it’s been a difficult journey starting from diagnosis, getting medicated and finding right dose and I just wanted to meet others and hear their experiences, I am currently on vyvanse 40 mg , 34 M , working as a business analyst for insurance company. Don’t have much of a social circle either , so would be nice to connect with like minded individuals.

34M looking for friends

Hello hello, I moved to Sydney from Melbourne a few years ago where I did my masters and had a group of friends , however, here in Sydney , things are different as I have been just working and it’s hard to make friends as everyone is busy with their own lives , married with kids plus I wasn’t born and raised in Australia but been here for 10 years. I am single so for me it’s a bit different , the two , three friends I have here are also married so you just have to schedule a time to catch up. On weekends I’m usually by myself as everyone else is busy, so looking to find people in a similar situation, looking to hang out, go for walk or a hike etc. I work as a business analyst for an insurance company and outside work, I just go to the gym pretty much. If you also have ADHD that would be a plus as I have been diagnosed, so more to talk about 🙃 ( p.s I don’t drink).

34 M / Sydney, Australia

Hello hello, trying this as nothing else seems to be working for me. I am currently in Sydney working as senior business analyst for an insurance company, graduated from Monash university and completed by bachelors from IBA Karachi, I’m into fitness, eating healthy, reading and traveling, been traveling a lot solo. I moved to Australia about 10 years ago for my masters and been here since then, I’m not sure what else needs to be written here but I’m 6,1, ambitious and looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent, ambitious, self aware, looking to settle and move to Australia. Deal breakers for me would be being too conservative and not having exposure, should be willing to adjust here. I have two sisters , dad works for the army, finance sector , and I have two sisters both here as well.

Vyvanse with Pristiq/Fluoxetien

Anyone on Pristiq with vyvanse , I am on 40 mg vyanse and 50 mg Pristiq it’s been 8 weeks, overall it’s not too bad but just sleeping very heavily and feel tired later during the day and experiencing gut issues such as acid reflux and indigestion I switched from flxueotien to Pristiq and didn’t have these issues with that combo, can anyone relate ? Which combo worked better for you ?
