Kid’s book about a princess and 3 dresses?

Hi all! I’ve been searching for a book for years. I remember reading it when I was in grade school. Here’s what I remember: there was a princess, and there were 3 dresses that she wore, each corresponding to the sun, moon, and stars. So the sun dress was all golden and shiny, etc.

Also, I could totally be tripping but I think I remember in the story she had to fold up the dress and fit it inside of a chestnut? It feels weird to type, but that’s what I remember.

Any help greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Princess Furball!

Seen in south Florida

I was looking back through my camera roll and found this. I was at the wetlands and I remember the bird was just sitting there. I think this was January or February?

This is Fig

She was rescued from Puerto Rico. I feel like her face has some rat terrier. She has long skinny legs and a barrel chest. What do you think?

Roses, tulips, and a few others I can’t name

Going through my camera roll. Back when I used to live in Oregon.

Spotted on a morning walk

I haven’t seen these guys in years, and on a morning walk I just saw this little friend on the lawn.

Meet Fig!

Also goes by Figlet. She graduated puppy school and sometimes when she sleeps her tongue sticks out. I lover her so much. I would go to war for her. Anybody have a guess as to her breeds? People ask what kind of dog she is. I have no clue.

Almost 10 years later and the grief hit me hard

Almost 10 years ago, we lost our family pet, Reilly. He was the perfect dog: sweet, gentle, playful, adorable, etc. Over the years the grief of losing him has ebbed and flowed, becoming a little more bearable each day. Well. Today I saw a post on social media about someone losing their dog. Same breed (golden retriever), same circumstances (hip dysplasia, immobility). My goodness, seeing that obviously had me empathizing with the person who lost their dog. It also made my grief come rushing back like I lost Reilly all over again. It hasn’t hurt like this in a long time, and I feel so lost and sad again.
