Do yall want a rule requiring context

Like "make sure to include context. This means a screenshot of your original post/comment that led to your ban, and the modmail message"

ofc wouldn't apply if no posts are linked in the modmail or OP has like 800 trillion posts there and they *all* got removed

banned for questioning my gender in r/mtf?

https://preview.redd.it/her6stajle1h1.png?width=354&format=png&auto=webp&s=d3cec60c7f4e2d4e09c1036eaf438959e5f9bd61

i got my post removed with no explanation, permabanned, and muted from r/mtf when i asked them what was wrong with my post, so i cant even message them to figure out what happened. this is a seemingly pro-trans subreddit that allows questioning as they even have a "questioning" flair. so im pretty lost why i recieved a transphobic comment and then was punished for it.

Account PFP showing wrong image to other people

I go onto my brothers xbox, check my own profile cause I wanna see how it looks.

Message tab has the right pfp. I open the actual chat and it's just this (image)

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this/why its happening?

I've had an actual PFP set for like 2 years

This is how its supposed to look

Yo. I added a bunch of rules to try and limit all sorts of stuff here that we don't exactly want (mostly drama).

Most notably: UNNECESSARY POLITICS are now banned. I had to go through 80 reports of just political posts, and all of them caused problems.

I don’t even know why it got recommended to me bc I’m anti-gen ai

I saw this post and wanted to ask how this was bad parenting, it’s literally just informing her child

Someone replied to me and jumped to the conclusion that the mom completely banned her kid from using ai, so I replied and said that that wasn’t true

I wasn’t even showing hate to ai, all I did was ask a simple question and I got banned

(Mobile/Desktop) Is it possible to use the preset messages and reply to a post as subreddit-ModTeam *without* removing the post?

Like if a post needs a PSA and I have one in my General category presets, am I able to send that as ModTeam or do I need to just copy paste it myself?

Hello!

r/Gamer has some new rules! Please ensure you follow them to avoid your posts being removed.

1. Follow Reddit ToS - Pretty obvious. We don't wanna get banned, and neither do you!
2. No Begging - Begging for games, items, etc. is not allowed.
3. No NSFW Content - Why do I have to say this? Nobody here wants to see sweaty gamer feet. (and if someone says they do, let me know so I can lock them in a padded cell)

4. Stay Civil - We're not in a 2016 Call of Duty Lobby. We're all gamers here. Try to stay respectful with each other.
5. Advertising - We are allowing advertising, but in order to limit spam, we're limiting it to one ad every 15 days. Advertisements must also have the appropriate flair.

If you've got any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to leave a comment and I'll get back to you ASAP!

hey chat.

Can we stop spam reporting posts for "Hate based on identity" when its literally just someone expressing an opinion?

Also, when you're talking to people, can we try to keep it civil please? We're all games and this isn't a CoD lobby.

If you have any questions for me, leave a comment below and I'll try to respond. I'm going through the report queue right now.
