Bangalore folks who booked in may first week, any updates? What's the current status? Preferred is Bangalore

What the hell TVS?! Called up the manager today, he's like someone else's RTX BTO has been dispatched, but mine is yet to be dispatched. Dealer is not ready/has no idea of when the other booking was done. What's wrong with TVS and why can't they dispatch both?

How do I escalate this further?

Just FYI, mine has been 40 days since packed, yet there's no news on when it will arrive

Anybody in Bangalore took recent delivery of their bike? Just curious

Is there really no way to contact tvs? Any mail IDs or numbers I can use to call them up and ask them for dispatch of my bike? Showroom is useless, they keep saying the same story stating they have no way to contact tvs, customer care is equally useless by giving website dates.

Anybody has any contact that will help me out? Been waiting since long and it's becoming frustrating now.

Booked RTX BTO Viper Green

It's been 23 days since my bike was packed but not dispatched yet (TVS RTX300 BTO Viper Green). How long does it usually take from packed to dispatched?

Asking from Bangalore east, preferably ones from Bangalore please answer. What's the max time one has waited in Bangalore from packed to dispatched?

Hello all

It's been 3 weeks since my TVS RTX300 BTO Viper green was packed but not dispatched yet. Visited the dealer today (Suryapratap Automobiles), and they said there's no way for them to contact the dispatch facility and request for my bike to be dispatched.

Is there a way to get it done faster? Like any contacts or something to escalate and get my bike dispatched to my dealer? Asking because it's almost 3 weeks since packed but still at factory.

Anybody's battery health falling down fast? My battery health was initially 100 until Feb, went to 99 during March I believe and now it's at 98. Is it that bad for everyone else too?

Been a year (may 2025) since I bought it

It's been nearly 11 days since the vehicle was packed but it has still not been dispatched to showroom yet. My SA said it max 20 days i can expect delivery but going by the situation i dont think it is possible. Any idea why there's a huge delay in dispatching the bike to showroom? Does bto take special time for dispatch or is there something else I should be aware of?

So last week (precisely last Thursday) the status changed to vehicle packed, but not dispatched yet. How long does it actually take for dispatch to happen once packed? Any reason for the delay?

Fyi: Viper green bto from Bangalore - Kr puram

So i got a call from the tvs service centre. Since I use truecaller, the caller was automatically blocked without my knowledge (based on others blocking them and reviews i guess).

Anyways I called them back but the call never went through, called my SA up and he didn't pick up the call as well (maybe because i keep torturing him every week lol). The portal is still stuck at vehicle manufacturing since 40 days.

The comments, one guy said it was for rtx 300 booking confirmation. I have a ronin currently, so it could be for service of ronin as well (which i got it serviced 3 months back).

My portal for rtx 300 (viper green bto) however says booking is already confirmed (almost 47 days back, and its currently at vehicle manufacturing (40 days ish)).

Question here is, was it actually to confirm booking to start production (portal says confirmed since 47 days)? Or was it just a service call for the current ride? Or is my bike at dealer and they called to update on that 🫣 (I know im day dreaming lol)

People who booked from SuryaPratap Old Madras Road, if you have a bto can you please give the time frame of how long it took for delivery?

Booked BTO during May with full payment done the same day. Initially I was promised a 45 day delivery timeline, and now there's news that there's a delay in production and it'll take another month (been 30 days since full payment). Can someone verify if the information is true? How long does it take actually? 45 days or 60 days? I really want it by mid-end of June.

It's been 3 weeks and the status still shows vehicle manufacturing, hasn't completed the manufacturing step yet. Just wanted to know how long will take from full payment to delivery, a detailed breakdown if possible from bangalore.
