So few days back I ordered a laptop stand this one 👇

As you all can see its mentioned Alluminum but when I recieved it , It was made of Plastic completely and its build quality is poor if i push it slightly harder it will break, but the most concerning thing is that It doesnt even balance on a flat surface i mean whats the use of this if this cant even balance in a flat surface.
So, I complaint about it and they said we cant give refund the we gave you what seller gave us. I talked about it with multiple agents in the app and via Email but they all denied and the one which I ve contacted through the app just left the chat without doing anything.

Also, Today I ordered Milk and I recieved the wrong milk product from another brand and It was curdled too, So, I complaint about that and it said refund denied I mean WTF.

I am officially never ordering from zepto again

Game stutter too much with deafult and lowest settings, Also too much stutters and frame drops.
