Si No,I'm not a human tuviera una versión argentina,¿que personajes podria tener?

Ya he leído Departamento Q
A few weeks ago, some young people from my town disappeared while returning from a party. So far, no evidence regarding what happened has been found, and we are all a bit terrified. Also, my little cousin recently saw a strange creature lurking near the road leading into our town and drew a picture of it. Honestly, I have no idea what it could be, though it reminds me of the Cucuy—a legend made up to scare mischievous children. Dark, humanoid figures that hide inside houses to snatch their victims. What do you all think?
Which other horror villains or creatures (from any medium—books, movies, comics, etc.) like to mock their victims and crack jokes because they know they are superior? Off the top of my head, there’s Pennywise—who can exploit his shapeshifting abilities and feeds on fear, often leading him to toy with people—and Freddy Krueger, who holds the upper hand by controlling dreams.
I'd like to write a fan story that takes place before or during the InGen incident, where the park employees dealt with the dinosaurs. So, I'd like to know more about the park, its design, its details, etc. Obviously, there's the novel itself, but perhaps there's a video or article that explains it more directly.
