CRNA Job Market

Hello Everyone!

I am a first-year, soon-to-be second-year student registered nurse anesthetist (SRNA) from the East Coast (Pittsburgh!).

I LOVE Seattle and the whole PNW area in general. Once I'm done with school in December of 2028, licensed and ready to go, I'd love to move out there in spring of 2029.

Does anyone have any insight into what the job market looks like there for CRNAs in terms of scope, locations, hours, salaries, hourly, on call time, etc.???

Thanks! Any insight or advice is welcome!

Sport Climbing Crags for 5.10a-d

Hello, what are the best sport climbing crags for 10s that have fairly decent approaches and higher density? Was looking at Chek, among other places. Ones that are further out, will they be accessible in a rental car (I.e., with low clearance) or not?

Any advice is much appreicated!

Please give the web version a nice update.

Devs i use this because all my friends do. That said, Id love to study the same way as they do on their ipads - with tape, with the ability to sync across devices, etc. Please please please help me get these reps in for CRNA school!

I don’t gamble and yet I am betting on myself. How do you all deal?

I will have no savings, no money, and significant debt. Literally every single aspect of my life is riding on me completing this program and becoming a CRNA. Relationships, etc etc.

I don’t gamble, this is likely the most reckless decision I’ve made, and it’s a shared feeling with my classmates; but I can’t shake this feeling from time to time like : you moron why’d you go and risk everything to be here. It’s silly honestly. So silly maybe it means I’m not the right man for the job- neither is anyone else then by that logic who chooses to risk it all to walk this path.

Thoughts? Advice?

What is this snake?

Seen in the Red River gorge, Kentucky 5pm on some steps today may 8th.

Thanks! Thinking it’s a copperhead but doesn’t look the same as the other pics I’ve seen?

Hi 10abc climber outside at other crags not in KY. Not sure how this stacks up in the RRG. My last visit i was not climbing at this level outside. The weather looks variable, and I know the red is super volatile weather wise and can change on a dime -but assuming its rainy ish, what non bruise brothers crags dry out well/fast.

Thanks! Looking to push myself hard this trip, My climbing partner is about the same range as me.
