One thing leads to another and theres cage fighting, and the big dude is trick into a cage match. Hes savagely kicked in the head in the cage and it dislodges the bullet. Its a miraculous recovery and hes operating at 100% again.

The movie is ridiculous and ive been trying to find it forever

Took a thursday off so I could take someone to the airport. Boss used the 5 hours of sick time I had, which put me at 46 hours. But I'm salary, so 41 or 46, my pay doesnt change. All that changed is I've lost sick time

edit: after looking into it, I am overtime exempt as a service advisor for caliber collision.

I picked up a new job in the auto industry a few months ago. The starting position is hourly and you work your way into the salary/bonus.

Well, I ended up going straight to the salary part, without the bonus. But hey, if im only working 40, thats whatever right? Take my lunches, its 8a-5p. And it was fine, for awhile. I finished my courses. So now im eligible for the bonuses right? Im actually doing 100% of the expected work. No, another month of coaching to make sure I can do the job. I should be eligible, but my boss is sketchy as fuck. But its only 4 works. Dont make waves, push through and get settled. Make money, go home.

Except now im not working 8-5. You literally cant do this job in that time. Youre pulled away every 10-15 minutes the entire day, and thats if youre lucky. I was getting to work at 730 to get a little quiet time and organize my shit for the pointless 1 on 1 with the boss we all have to do every day. Next thing I know, im there til 6pm because once 5 hits, well now its quiet​ and I can actually get shit done. And then in the span of a week, I'm passive aggressively told told that my voluntary 730 isnt enough, we need to be there at 715 for that meeting. And fuckin now i have a note on my desk that the meetings are 7am.

I was willing to suck it up and suffer if the pay is good enough. I expect a salary job to have some days and weeks where youre doing extra work without compensation. But I feel like I'm in scorched earth territory. And thats partly my fault, I let him push shit

I always tell myself ill have full sets with backups for each weather condition, but I never get to it in time, and no one ever matches.

Ideally I like duster, cowboy hat, pants and a button down for normal weather. Swap the duster and cowboy hat for a parka and tuque in the cold. The combat, I never know what's best and they just grab whatever
