Just finished playing the demo and loved it. Does the game get much creepier/scary moving forward?

Loved the demo of Fall of Avalon (the first 2 hours of the game). I am not gonna lie I have not played anything like this in terms of the creepy stuff that I saw in the prison.

I understand that the vibe will keep being depressing, i.e. fighting against evil no matter how hopeless everything seems, but does the game get much creepier or scary than this?

I also understand that by camping I can always play during the day and not during the night. Correct me on this if I am wrong please.

Thanks a lot in advance, I really appreciate it as your answers will help me consider whether I spend 50 bucks on the game!

I could not get into Far Cry 6, are the old ones better?

I have been a Ubisoft defender always, I know that a lot of people give them crap (completely justified tbh), but on some of their games like some of the Assassins Creed series they did an amazing job imo. Recently I tried Far Cry 6 and just could not get into it. I did not like the driving, the story was a bit boring, the characters very bland and the world felt empty.

How are the older Far Cry games? Which one would you recommend to me?

What I am looking for is open world, but not like the one in FC6, and great story. That is pretty much it. Combat/shooting/stealth I don’t care about so much, except if there is driving to not be as horrible as in FC6.

I am big fan of actor Michael Mando and I saw that he is one of the antagonists in Far Cry 3, so I am considering buying it, the main concern is whether the game is very outdated now.

Thanks in advance

Loved Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Crimson Desert. Should I buy any of the Dragon Age games?

Hi folks. I adored Crimson Desert and Dragon’s Dogma 2 games. I am now looking to play something similar and saw some videos about Dragon Age. Would you recommend me buying any of the Dragon Age games and if yes, which one?

I have played The Witcher 3 and Zelda as well - just mentioning this because a lot of people might recommend them.

Thanks in advance!

Completed the true ending in DD2, but one trophy/achievement did not trigger

Hi folks. Spoilers ahead as I have tagged the post.

This was the first time that I played dragon’s dogma 2. The only thing that I “spoilered” myself in advance was that after defeating the dragon if I want to see the true ending and the Unmoored World I should not sit on the throne, but speak to the Pathfinder. And so I did. He went back in time and I stabbed myself and entered the Unmoored world. I cleared all red indicators on the map (where dragons came from the sky and I defeated them) plus helped Phaesus and the Giant. In the end another enormous dragon spawned and me and my pawn (which now looked weird) actually killed that dragon which was all cinematics as you know actually.

One trophy/achievement that did not complete for me was the “The Guardian” which says “Led the people to safety in the unmoored world”. I completed all quests available in the unmoored world as well as defeated all bosses, and in the end after I helped Phaseus I received the True Ending with the post credits scene and everything. What did I miss here, because I believe there was nothing else left in the Unmoored World?

Hi folks. I love games like Ghost of Tsushima, The Witcher 3, Crimson Desert etc. I played those games on normal difficulty and it was just the right difficulty for me as I only game casually, maybe sometimes switch Hard diff if I am looking for a bit more challenge.

I read online about the game in the title and that it is fantastic, the problem that I see for me is that a lot of people say that it is like Dark Souls 3, Elden Ring, Sekiro and other souls games. I have never played that type of games as I am not looking to buy something where I am going to tryhard all the time and fight the same boss 30 times so that I can defeat him.

How hard is it really?
