Yes, there is gear based matchmaking.

Yes, there is gear based matchmaking.

Just for those who are wondering... yes, there is gear based matchmaking.

But if you dropped in with green gear and get steamrolled by chaps decked out in legendary gear, then it's likely due to not enough players of similar gear level playing on that particular map/mode/solo/trio combination in your region during the same queue timing... so the game eventually resorts to mixing in a wider range of gear levels.

You'll usually see the "expanding matchmaking range" message pop up when that happens.

PSA: You can unlock a total of 700 Soul Coins in the Season 1 Battle Pass.

I calculated that you can redeem 700 soul coins in total after completing the Season 1 Battle Pass.

Add the 500 soul coins that were given out as launch day celebration by the devs via in-game mail... that makes a total of 700 + 500 = 1,200 soul coins.

If the Season 2 Battle Pass still costs the same amount of soul coins, it could mean that you'll be able to unlock the next one again for free too. ☺️

PSA: You have to specify the exact Character in your game when linking for Twitch Drops!

For those who are wondering why they haven't gotten their claimed twitch drops... you have to re-link it in the Mistfall Hunter Twitch Drops page, and make sure to specify the exact character name in your game where the rewards are going too (which is different from the playtest demo, since all those characters were wiped).

There are 2 versions of the page, depending on your region:

NA: https://mistfallhunter.games.skystone.games/twitch-drops

Global: https://mistfallhunter.com/twitchdrops

The rewards will go to that specific character's in-game mail box.

Also, the creator twitch drops are not the same as the regular twitch drops.... you have to watch specific partner streamers (check the list on the Mistfall Twitch Drops page) to unlock the 60 minute and 120 minute crate rewards.

PSA: The Season 1 Battle Pass can be unlocked for free after 7 days of login.

You don't need to use your fate coins premium currency to unlock the Season 1 Battle Pass (aka Slumbering Contract)... it can be unlocked for free after 7 days of login.

Carebear Fighting Back Again! 🐻🐻

Another follow up from my previous vid: https://www.reddit.com/r/ArcRaiders/s/Mr6AKBhCE3

Shooting me while spamming "Don't Shoot"... yeah, this Carebear is not giving anymore chances.

Update 1.39 sanctioned topside justice. Taste the fury of 12 bullets from my rusty Rattler!

Had to pause my extract just to KO the chap for extra sauce. 😈

Crafted some Fate Coins!

Hyped for the Official Launch! 😄

I recently created and printed some fate coin tokens and logo keychains as gifts for friends at a recent gaming event. The response was great, so I've now posted them up for fellow fans to print too.

If you have a 3D printer (or know someone who has one), here is a link to the model collection: https://makerworld.com/en/collections/31336691

See you all in the game soon!

Hull lines after steep overhangs...

In this particular model, there are 3 distinct hull lines that always appear after steep overhangs on the model... the general consensus online is different layer times and cooling, so I've tried a ton of solutions that were mentioned, ie. slowing down print speeds (all the way down to 10 mm/s), dropping acceleration all the way down slow, making all speeds uniform, running 100% cooling, printing in different orientations, changing wall print orders etc.

Already spent dozens of hours and lots of filament printing and re-printing copies to test the settings, yet the hull lines still appear... and I'm getting tired trying to solve this.

Just looking to get any other ideas that you may have found that works to solve hull line issues in these types of overhangs in FDM printed miniatures.

At the very worst, I'll just re-design the model without the face (or switch to a different flatter face design with less overhangs).

Would appreciate any help and suggestions given. Thanks!

Fixing blown AC board with new replacement board from Bambu... discovered one of the wire is burnt, is it still safe to use?

Currently in the process of helping a friend fix his A1 which encountered a blown AC board (we just received a new AC board from Bambu)... but in the process I discovered that one of the electical cables is burnt too, even the locking clip is warped.

Should I proceed? Or is it unsafe?

We have sent an urgent message to Bambu support, but they haven't responded yet.
