I received the watch brand new a few months ago, purchased from Andiot (TD) the watch is in brand new condition, worn only once around the house, as you can see in the pictures (stickers removed).

The look and feel is spectacular, and the bracelet is buttery smooth (as you can expect from ARF).

I bought this around 4 months ago, and have worn it a few times a week comfortably.

I’ve since picked up a few new pieces and so looking to slim down the collection, as I’m not wearing as frequently as it deserves.

After 2 years of ownership I finally pulled the trigger and got some mods done.

The bike is with the mechanic for a couple more days so considering if I should any other work ..!!

I recently ordered some trainers which came out and look completely different to the originals - to the point they are not wearable at all. They were not cheap either, costing 600¥ plus.

I requested a refund but they are telling me I must cover shipping costs, which is really infuriating. I’ve clearly shown the discrepancy, and saying that the seller isn’t responding to them isn’t good enough in my opinion.

Hey all, first time doing a QC check properly so I’d really appreciate your support. 

I’ve tried to use the QC alignment tool in the best way possible, as attached photos show. I’ve also been super critical (I think) to ensure you see I’ve taken the time, and not expecting anyone to do it all. 

Having said that, I’d appreciate guidance on what should / should not be tolerated as well as what I have likely missed, but should consider.

Index alignment: 2 photos of QC Tool attached (apologies I couldn’t download the image!). Seems slightly off from the minute markers in both photos, maybe a rotation issue? 

Dial Printing: the colours don’t look particularly deep when compared to images of the original - I’m no expert on in person to be honest. 

being super critical - the Os appear small in Rolex and Oyster, as well as the A I and V in Superlative. The gap in super and lative seems slightly large too. 

Also appears the A in Swiss made is slightly cut off at the bottom? 

Date Wheel alignment/printing: it looks slightly too close to the centre of the watch (more evident in the lume photo with 28 date), but could be angle. Cyclops also looks misaligned (slightly higher on inside right?). 

Hand Alignment: I’m unclear what to look for here, any and all guidance greatly appreciated. 

Bezel: marks between 2 and 4 (looks like fingerprint?), lots of spots on the bezel and crystal (likely dust) and the ceramic appears slightly loose (gap between it and metal?). The cyclops look particularly dirty / messy as if it’s been freshly cut!

Solid End Links (SELs): Looks good to me. 

Timegrapher numbers: -1 s/d, 266•, 0.1 ms

Anything else you notice: I couldn’t judge the rehaut or bracelet particularly well, any thoughts welcome. 

Also any well known issues with these ARF Sprites that I should consider, I’d read the Crystal previously could / should be changed to deep - is that still a thing?

Thanks for all the amazing advice, you turned a novice to an order placer within a few days!

I was initially looking at the the Batman / Bruce Wayne from ZF, but decided to go with something a little more low key for first.

Was actually looking to pick up a gen BB58 and then saw Mirotime post about the 5 link being in hand so the stars aligned.

As a super quick review, my first contact was on 27th June, placed order same day ($378 Inc shipping) and had first QC in 24 hours. First was RL, I got the second QC the same day, and had a similar issue which I then decided I’d have to live with (seemed like an issue with the batch, small enough for me to live with). GL was given on 29th June, and watch is in hand on 8th July so 1.5 weeks later. All in all, happy with the team, the response rate dropped dramatically after my order, but I expect as much tbh.

Now that the watch is in hand, I can say I’m impressed. A few issues, but none that make me regret buying it. The Swiss made text on the dial (the original reason for RL the watches) is an issue, appears much smaller / cut off than on Gen’s.

Other than that the bracelet is a little sharp, the crystal seems to have some residue from protective film which won’t come off (will look to clean - any ideas with what), but otherwise looks good.

From what I’ve read, the TFit may not be a perfect replica on this, and the order of the hands on the dial (gmt, hour, minute etc) might not be accurate but I’ve not had enough time to review in detail yet.

Love to hear thoughts, added some pictures. Particular advice on the crystal appreciated!
