Saving for XEQT

Saving for XEQT

Hey guys
Every year i drop all my money to my TFSA on Jan1st
Than i start to save for next year again, during that time i am now using cash.to to save, i get small interest while saving
I am now thinking
should i keep it at my non register account and buy XEQT, than jan 1st next year, i sell my XEQT and drop it all into my TFSA ?
Is that a stupid idea ? The risk is much higher than cash.to, but the chance of higher yield is much better

What do you guys think ?

THank you!

should we be worry ?
Or should we just keep buying ?

Help is my plant dying?

I am from West coast of Canada

A week or 2 ago after the weather get warmer, I took the plant out for the summer

And I was thinking to put the plant by the shade

Forgotten about the glass panel

The plant was outdoor all season last year and it grew very nicely

3 days after I put out the plant this time, the nice green leafs start to dry and the plant looks yellowish now

What did I do wrong ? OR if the glass fence killed it ? How do I save this

I got this plant 2 years ago, my friend grow this from a seed

It is usually indoor until last year, after summer I moved the plant back indoor and just took it out for the summer this year

Anyway to save it ?

Also the seed from photo 1 suddenly show up, I didn't know what it is so I pulled it, but it was extremely stiff, and ask someone and told me is the seed, I am worried I have damaged it

Any tip on what I should do

Is it too late to save it ?

Sony Canada WF1000 XM4 Service

I must admit that i was so impressed when after 4 years, sony was willing to replace my earbuds that i throw to the back of my drawer since the battery die after warranty and i was so disappointed
Seeing people's success stories here getting them repair
i call sony, and they agree to repair them
i have told them that i got the flashing red light on the case and the case aint getting 100 percent charges
they said they will take care of them
Today Mircoland (Sony's repair lcoation) told me we have replaced your ear bud
but your case we dont fix and is not charging up to 100 percent
I was like ........
the ear bud is useless unless the case is good too
and they were telling me that is 130 CAD for the case, i was like O maybe the sony service aint too bad
now ya i will make sure these are my last pair of sony headphone / earbuds

As everyone are excited about the new model 3 Premium price, i am thinking if we can predict the remaining line up price if they all come from China

Model 3 Premium RWD
Canada 39490 CAD
Hong Kong 224100 HKD -> 38887 CAD

Model 3 Premium AWD
Hong Kong 242100 HKD -> 42011 CAD

Model Y RWD Premium
Hong Kong 254520 HKD -> 44166 CAD

Model Y AWD Premium
Hong Kong 290520 HKD -> 50413 CAD

If we look at this margin
And MOdel Y AWB be insane value if they can get it for early 50k
which means it may not be a great idea to buy the mode y 49k version right now ?

I am just curious if someone that is better with money
If the interest rate of the Bank Of Canada is at 2.25 now
Why is the lease / finance rate at Tesla (Tesla Canada do it via banks right ?) is still so high at 4.XX at the moment
I remember covid it was 1.99 ? Or something for 8 years ?
Wouldnt it be a killer deal with now with the lower price to be able to finance for 1.99
