Doesnt matter if we had great conversations, video or audio called. It also doesn’t matter how much good looking you are. Hi, first time kong bumili ng car na repo. Walang issue sa car itself (nagdala ako ng mechanic) kaso ang hesitation ko is yung document

1. kakapanalo lang ng car dealer na to sa bidding last June 9, yung RCM, OR/CR (encumbered) other official docs will take 2 weeks
2. nakapag earnest money na ako pero my mom said wag ko bayaran in full (800k+) kung wala pa yung documents na yun
3. si seller offered na that i can pay 50% for me to take it home and then we will have an agreement in writing na i made a partial payment pending yung documents na sinasabi from psbank
4. they can process the transfer the name to me yun lang they need the original or/cr para maprocess yun and matanggal yung encumbered sa CR pero they will give me naman absolute deed of sale
5. car is from cebu branch pa daw kasi so it will take a month to process daw yung transfer

Always wanted my kids to experience binondo food crawl. This is also going to be my first time for me. Ang hesitation ko lang is kung maeenjoy ba nila because of the crowd. They’re autistic pero high functioning naman. I also brought them na out of country and local touist spot so medyo sanay na rin sa lakaran. Ang worry ko lang talaga kung sobrang crowded ba sha. Edit: adding context that i used to be a lover girl and optimistic about relationships. Until it became too complicated, given me anxiety, sleepless nights etc. These happened with 2 of my exes when i hit my 40’s. Im starting to become jaded and guarded.
