Highly doubtful if beer, alcohol and smokes will be allowed.

With the weather better today, did a 10km trail (sorta trail) run today to sweat out or burn up the alcohol from last night.

Recovery time from over drinking takes longer now at this age. HR was about 10bpm higher than normal all day and felt lethargic in the morning. Really had to push to get myself moving.

Sigh. Aging.

Anybody else here required to dress up and attend our wives' events and clubs?
