As i examined my 52 years on this earth, I realized I had a recurring problem with the relationship I had with my ex wife. I mean I was living comfortably in the sense that food was always available. Shelter and transport was never an issue. When I resigned from corporate, I had the family business to return to. But the recurring fights and misunderstandings was the only constant. I endured my 21 years of marriage until I couldn’t. One thing though, I would never exchange my broken marriage for the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. I have been separated for ten years. The year I lost my marriage was also the year I truly surrendered my will to God and there is no going back. I am now at peace and overwhelmed with joy. I think it was no accident that it took a broken marriage for Jesus to come reach me. I had lived a sinful life. And He had been inviting me for the longest time prior when I was constantly being invited for Bible Study in College at University. So thankful I belong to Him now and happy to call God my Father with great assurance from the relationship. What about you? What is your story?

20yrs+ married, around mid way in the marriage due to some complications in life, i became a house-band. Did everything at home while my wife was the breadwinner and she also did all the budgeting. I rarely had money for myself unless i was given money to buy something for myself. My life was our family but due to some complications again, my wife and i found out that our future plans are not lining up. Our kids are growing up and they are less and lesa needing my attention. I just want some advice how start again from scratch at this age with zero funds (maybe i can scrounge up some funds selling some personal items but that would not be much). My last employment was around 2010 in a call center. I know how to drive but no license since we don’t have a car or motorcycle. Any advice or up skill suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
