[For Hire] Need detailed research, clear timelines, or messy facts organized for your podcast/video? I’ll do the digging.

Hey everyone,

If you have a podcast, YouTube channel, or docu-series, you know the most time-consuming part of production is the research: digging through hundreds of pages, verifying facts, and trying to turn random details into a story.

I’m a freelance researcher who loves the process. I've spent many nights hyper-focused and learning everything I can about different topics. My background is in detail oriented fields (healthcare, medical billing, and administrative policy,) so I understand the importance of organized and factual information.

I can help you with: Time consuming research, organization, timelines, fact-checking or building cases.

Beyond all night rabbit-holes, I recently built two administrative policy cases from scratch. I spent countless hours looking through state educational policies, organizing and building evidence folders, and successfully reversed an administrative decision. If I can fight the man and win, I can untangle the timeline for your next video or episode.

My interests: True crime, history, legal stories, paranormal, medical, or general internet rabbit holes.

Whether you need a quick 3-page brief on a single topic or a folder for future episodes, I'm flexible on project size and rates.

Leave a comment or send me a DM with your channel/podcast or idea and we can come up with a sample research trial to see if I have what you need.

Session 3 emotional response

I had my third session yesterday and it's been going fine so far, other than fatigue and a headache each day.

Last night I heard a song that reminded me of my grandma who passed when I was 18 and I immediately broke down in tears.

I heard another song that brought up some other feelings about my career as a CNA and I cried again.

I feel crazy because I wasn't expecting a response but I wonder if I've just lived guarded and numb for so long that this little activity is starting to "thaw" things. I wouldn't count it as positive, more so an emotional side effect.

I think I need to admit myself but I have too many responsibilities at home.

I have treatment-resistant severe MDD so I've known depression for as long as I can remember, but over the past 5 years it's gotten increasingly worse. In the past three months my pain has become unbearable.

My mind wants for me to give up so damn bad but it's battling against me not wanting to hurt my family. The pain is so intense and exhausting. I have dealt with constant passive suicidal thoughts but the active ideations are popping up more often throughout the day. I feel like I'm losing this battle.

I think I need to be admitted into a facility because my wife works a lot and I'm starting to feel unsafe with my thoughts when I'm alone. The problem is that I have too many responsibilities at home and being admitted would cause so much additional stress for my wife.

I'm disabled and my wife works a stressful job as a night shift nurse so I take care of the grocery shopping, planning meals, making sure she eats before work and making sure she has things for me to pack for her lunch. I also take care of the cats, make sure they have food and feed them twice a day, and take care of the litter boxes.

I need help but I can’t imagine putting all of this additional stress on my wife and leaving my babies for that long.

I just don't know what to do.

I have a big day today regarding my change of major from Social Services to English, with law school "hopefully" in my future. How is today looking? I'm a ball of anxiety [astro-seek]

I'm tired of apologizing for my mental illness as if it's a character flaw.

35m with anxiety, PTSD, and treatment resistant major depressive disorder.

I've been anxious and depressed since I was a child, as far back as I can remember. Mental illness runs deep in both sides of my family and has for generations. The combination of genetics and childhood trauma set me up to fail.

All of my life, especially for the past 6 years when I've been at my lowest, I've apologized for my symptoms when people are unhappy with me. My sister-in-law has been the worst, always making passive aggressive posts and comments about me not seeing my nephews as often as she thinks I should. I've apologized relentlessly for being unable to make it to birthday parties because I couldn't function.

It reminds me of when I was a kid... My grandma suffered from bipolar disorder, it was very severe. On my 6th birthday she missed my party because she was in an inpatient hospital for SI. I remember my mom talking about her, how she was selfish, how she didn't care about us, and thinking about that breaks my heart.
