Feel ko kasi ayaw talaga ako ng head nurse namin 😢 Sayang rin po kasi yung opportunity since I will be earning twice as much sa government hospital than my current workplace. 16k lang po yung salary ko currently and di po talaga ako mabubuhay sa salary especially since dami ko ring responsibilities as a breadwinner.

Dili man gud worth it for me mupalit ug 1L kay mag apas and mapugos ko ug hurot within 7 days. Dili pud ko everyday ga kape so enough ra jud sa ako ang 250ml per cup of coffee. Tapos during graveyard shifts ra pud ko ga inom (usually AM or PM shifts ko ma assign).
Mahal man gud kaayo kung tig-isa lang ang paliton. 40 pesos siya sa 7-11. Basig naay mapalitan na tig-3 kabuok or kanang naka pack para maka less.
Ang nestle shopee store kay sa bulacan pud (even if davao, di ko mu order). Basig malain ang gatas while in transit.

Guys, irealtalk ko please but please be kind 🙏. Unsa ba jud ka lisod jud mangitag trabaho sa mga hospital diri Davao? First round of interview (initial and final) nako last week sa hospital unya nakakuha nakog confirmation email na napasa nako ang final interview. So naa koy impression na dali (slight) lang for me makakitag trabaho as nurse tungod paspas ko nakakuhag opportunity. Nag start ra ko ug apply apply sa mga hospitals mga late April and May.
Dili nako first choice ang hospital. Although tertiary hospital siya, gamay ang sweldo ug layo siya sa amo. Mahurot nalang siguro akong sweldo pamasahe palang. 50% gusto nako siya idecline (dpende hinuon once mabasahan nako contrata) pero hadlok pud ko basig wala pud koy offer sa laing hospitals, especially na hapit na Aug unya new set of passers napud.
Ultimate goal jud nako ang SPMC kay although layo, dako sweldo (mao man siguro goal sa tanan).

Davao city was recently flooded, so was our car (Wigo, automatic), last Tuesday. Around 5 inches above the plate number yung height ng water. I just wanted to know what the next steps are and what procedures should be done? May ma recommend po ba kayo na car repair shops and how much does it usually cost, para di po kami ma scam 😂
We tried to dry it out as much as possible. Naka open lang po yung hood the whole day yesterday in hopes of drying it out. We tried using the car today and it runs fine pero naka on po yung engine signal niya.

If you were me, will you accept the 18 k basic offer from the private hospital, or wait for the government hospital, with 32k salary as JO?
The private hospital has a 2 year bond and 60k penalty if you ever choose to break it po. Both hospitals are tertiary hospitals, but the private has 250 bed capacity while the government has currently around 1.5k bed capacity, planning to increase to 2.5k bed capacity.
Lahat naman nakakapasok sa government hospital dito but sobrang hina ng process (may iba 1 year na yung application pero wala oang text). I do have solid references sa government hospital, but no backer 😂
