I’m starting at OU in October, on the access to Psychology course.

Very excited but nervous due to being out of a learning environment for so many years.

For context, I live in a hotel (Currently) & they live on the same floor, two doors down.

Further context, they're an alcoholic & was on the way to being drunk.

I was watching the football earlier with someone who i've become friendly with who also lives in the hotel. Just before half time came, they asked me if it would be okay to the use my toilet. When I replied they couldn't, they became visibly annoyed by me saying no. Accused me of "pushing" them away. When simply, I don't want someone to use my bathroom other than myself and theirs is 3 metres from my door. If I lived in a property of my own and had invited them over, I would have said it was fine but, living in a room and not having any privacy other than behind my hotel door is suffocating.

I explained to them, that I wasn't pushing them away, I wanted to carry on watching the football & go back to chatting absolute waffle while watching England decimate Croatia. Instead, they decided not to do any of that or listen to anything I was saying.

So, AITA?

Anyone got any updates about the fixtures for the new season & any news about the new kit?

It’s the night before our MUST WIN game against Newcastle, away.

A team whom, we have a topsy tervy unpredictable history (W8 D4 L14) against since our resurgence to the premier league in 2012. A loss tomorrow is unacceptable, if that happens, I feel that seals our fate to championship football next season.

So, with that in mind.

I have had a look over our current squad, which we’ll probably lose about 80% (inc, Bowen, Taty, Mavro etc). Which will raise a significant amount for a rebuild of some description, aided by the parachute payments when you descend from the PL to the Championship.

Some players I’ll be glad to see the back of. Such as:

- Cornet
- Areola
- Kilman
- Fullkrug

But, I support Bowen, if he decides to leave for a new opportunity. Just like Rice, I was absolutely gutted when he left because of the player he is yet to become. With Bowen pushing 30, what do you all think we could get for him and where could he go?

It’s criminal that he is so underutilised in the England set up. Hopefully Tuchel gives him a consistent run! ( should he go to the WC ).

With the above taken in account and the crows slowly circling, to pick the carcass of what was once known as West Ham United.
