Am I wrong for feeling singled out by my new management? (Server of 10 years)

I’ve been serving for almost 10 years, and I’ve been at my current hotel restaurant for 3 years. Over the past year, all of our previous management left, and we got completely new management.
Since the new manager started, I’ve felt like I’m being singled out. He has told other managers that I “don’t know how to serve” and that I need training. I honestly find this really insulting because I have been doing this job for years, and I know how to serve. I’m very personable with guests, I build relationships with them, and I consistently get positive feedback and good tips because I make people feel comfortable and taken care of.
The restaurant I work at is a casual beach hotel restaurant. My manager keeps comparing our service standards to a 5-star luxury restaurant, but that’s not the type of environment we are. I understand wanting professionalism and good service, but I feel like he’s expecting something that doesn’t match the atmosphere of our restaurant.
Another manager sat me down and gave me a list of “how to be a good server.” The list included things like:
Bussing tables
Being attentive to guests
Setting up the restaurant
Sweeping and mopping
The thing is, I already do all of these things. In fact, I’m usually the one who cleans and prepares the restaurant for the morning crew because other people leave it messy. I also help the bartenders when needed and try to support the team. They also fired a food running months ago and have made me be the food runner to run food up stairs as well as being a server and they keep saying make sure I help out the other servers and bartenders when I clearly am.. and I’m getting pay for 1 job while doing 2 lol
What bothers me is that I feel like they’ve already decided I’m not a good server based on one bad customer review. Since then, I feel like management has questioned my ability and started treating me like I need to learn the basics of a job I’ve been doing for almost a decade.
I’m not against feedback or improving, but I feel like there’s a difference between constructive feedback and being treated like I’m brand new when I’ve been doing this for years.
Has anyone else experienced something like this with new management? Would you stay and prove yourself, or would you look for a workplace that appreciates your experience?

Painful periods started after laparoscopic surgery

Since I had laparoscopic surgery for a ruptured ovarian cyst two years ago, my periods have become significantly more painful. Before the surgery, I did not experience pain this severe. Afterward, my symptoms progressively worsened. At one point I was told there was no endometriosis, but later I was told I have endometriotic (chocolate) cysts.

During my periods now, I experience extreme pain and abdominal bloating/inflammation that is severe enough that it hurts to walk and forces me to stay in bed. I often have to cancel work and daily activities because of how debilitating the pain is.

When I seek medical help, I am usually advised to take Advil or start birth control. However, I do not want to use hormonal birth control due to side effects. I feel like my pain is not being fully addressed or investigated beyond that. I’m so tired of going through this every month it makes me so sad I’ve also tried everything I go to the gym often I take vitamin supplements, I eat healthy and it seems like nothing changes every month is the same pain and the worst is when I have to wait for the pain medication to kick in . I wish more doctors took this more seriously it has really affected my life yet the only answer is birth control?? Really? Does anyone have any other ways to make this more manageable? I feel like I have tried everything possibke including diets that are anti inflammation
