About to start it and I’m terrified

I had a heart scare last year and this year got a random tooth infection long story short I started having these out of head experiences and panick attacks which at the time I thought was my heart, 5 hospital trips laser it turned out it was just stress overload and panick attacks which the infection at the start was making it harder, I’m about to start 50mg Zoloft but I have health anxiety and pretty Extreme OCD I’m also currently having pretty frequent panick attacks I just wanted to see how people go on it with these sorts of problems?

Why is this bloke always laughing when we lose?

I mean we just ruined any chance of finals and it’s hilarious to him, makes me question why I pay a membership? Not a good look for the younger players considering he’s 28

Can anybody give me some insight or thoughts on my holter please?

For context I had a tooth and jaw infection from an abscess at the time this was taken and I was incredibly stressed and felt sick days prior I also started and stopped anti depressant medication thinking it was making me sick before figuring out i had the infection.

I have had the tooth removed and the infection cleaned plus I’m currently on anti biotics and I’ve booked for more tests.

I remember one episode while wearing the holter and I was panicked I would say that’s the 142 bpm.

Can Holter monitors confuse Atrial Tachycardia with Sinus Tachycardia?

Just recently got my holter back and it had Sinus rhythm with mean heart rate 65 bpm.
Maximum heart rate 115 bpm & minimum 45 bpm.
No ventricular ectopic beats.
Occasional (~700) supraventricular ectopic beats, including 13 couplets, 1 triplet, 2 episodes of bigeminy & 1 of trigeminy.
10 episodes of atrial tachycardia, the longest lasting 1 minute 7 seconds, heart rate 142 bpm.
No pauses greater than 2.0 seconds.
Patient event marker was not activated.

After all this I spent a night in the hospital and they reviewed it as sinus, has anybody had or got similair?

Has anyone had high burden PVCs change into Pacs?

Had 17% PVCs turn into 0% PVCs in a year but latest holter during a stressful week had 0.7% PACs and 10 brief self soothing episodes of Atrial Tachycardia

17% PVC Burden to 0

I’m completely shocked this has been doing my mind in for over a year but I just done my second holter 12 months apart and turned 17% Into 0 I do have a benign 0.7% top chamber burden which is far less dangerous, all down to lifestyle change, has anyone else had this happen??

I know Larkeys down in form but what’s going on with Duursma?

Hasn’t kicked a goal since round 11 and it seems like nobody’s even mentioning him? On the other hand our Mid season draft has kicked 10 in the reserves in the last 3 weeks should we give him a run?

Need help has anybody had a similar feeling?

Last year I was diagnosed with a 17% burden, up until now it has not been a real big deal aside from the health anxiety being the heart but the past 5 days I’ve been really dizzy, yesterday I was driving and all of a sudden I got a flutter or warm feeling in my heart that went into a fuzzy type of brain feeling and my heart rate was jumping through the roof until I thought I was going to faint. I went to the hospital and all my vitals were fine bloods fine chest X-ray fine and I was sent on my way.

That night I had the heart and brain feeling a bunch of times later in the night just not as intense, has anyone had similar?

Why worry about nothing?

It it just me or is this page maybe 5% serious cases and 95% people worrying about absolutely nothing, I have around 17% burden or 17,000 a day and I live a completely normal life. I play football eat healthy sleep well and I know everyone’s different but people on here talk about getting 5 PVCs a day like it’s the end of the world, a lot of people need to listen to their 10th echo or 15th holter and maybe look into seeing a psychologist instead because it sounds more like anxiety.

Phobia around PVCS

I had a high burden and have been through something similar with a strong fear around my heart and PVCs for over a year, so I can relate to how consuming it feels. I also deal with OCD, which made it harder for me to let go of the thoughts once they started.
Over time, things have improved a lot for me, and I just want to say you’re not alone in experiencing this kind of fear. It can feel overwhelming, but people do get through it and learn to manage it.

DM me if you need to talk or maybe I can share a few ways I got over my Phobias and back to a normal life

If you need somebody to talk to about phobias DM me

I posted on somebody else’s post earlier about the same thing they had an incredibly bad phobia and I had a similar one of impending doom and fear around the heart for over a year so I can some what relate.

My burden was 17% and I also have severe OCD and a little PTSD so once thoughts enter my brain it’s very hard for me to drop them but I’ve almost completely overcome them and I think I may be able to help some others, you’re not alone and a big portion of you don’t need to be scared 👍🏼

This is going to sound a bit out there but as somebody who has 17% PVCs I found that talking to AI has helped as it can send heaps of information from medical journals and research in our conversation, I upload medical info it goes through it and carefully explains everything based on all the information it’s able to access, I usually ask it things like can you break down what % chance there would be or something going wrong or likelyhood on changes ect and it explains it really well and so far it’s been right before a lot of tests and doctors appointments, it’s a bit of a hack with diets and tips and helps more than you’d think.

Hope that helps!

Hi guys I’ll try and keep it as straight forward as I can as I’m just not sure what to do at this point so I figured talking to others might help, I’m a 32 year old male and I had a 17% Burden the start of 2025. I’ve always felt them but never thought nothing of it until I done an ECG on my smart watch and it came up with a warning, fast forward a year later and I’ve had a clear Echo 24hour monitor which is what has shown the 17% and a 12 lead ECG with a specialist who told me they don’t usually do procedures until around 20% and to follow up in 6-12 months time with another holter. I can’t seem to shake the helpless feeling I’ve got it’s taking control of my whole life I’m forever thinking about if it raises or if my heart weakens and always have the feeling I’m going to die, because I have severe OCD any sort of health problem puts me into a panic and I have to fight a panic attack on-top of it to the point where I struggle to be alone, I’ve always been fit strong and healthy and never had a worry health wise until this came up.

Has anyone else got similair beats or symptoms?
