What should be done and what should be undone?

This is an abandoned old one, from 2023. I want honest criticism so I can improve as I stopped drawing and painting for a period of time and want to go back. I NEED to know what should I work on in general aspect (anatomy, light and shadow, color pallete...etc) but I decided to use this one as an example of unpublished work as I think it's bad. So what's wrong with it exactly?

I have no reference for this it was made out of imagination (only the pose is by a reference I believe)

P.s. the wings were unfinished on purpose
