The reason I’m making this post is because there have been players that have unfortunately lost their accounts due to the recent crash that happened after the recent update. Some of you have never linked your accounts and maybe that’s because you either didn’t know about it or maybe you just didn’t know how to…idk🗿

As you can see I have linked my account to 5 sources. I have IOS, switch, PlayStation and a google acc, so I linked my acc to Apple, google, Game Center, Nintendo switch and PlayStation. You want to go into Sky Cotl, go to your settings and then click account. After you click account you’ll see all these different options to link your Sky account to.

I honestly hope there is a solution to those who have lost their accounts.

I’m going to get straight to the point… why are some of you not linking your sky accounts to your devices…?🤔😐

I hope this post doesn’t come off mean or unsympathetic in any way…

Okay so…some of us know that Sky Cotl had a recent update, and after the update the game would crash over and over again before it could even load to the main menu. Now to resolve this issue you would have to delete then reinstall the game…which is fine, that’s what I did and it resolved the issue, BUT I’m hearing that some have deleted the game and reinstalled it just to find out that they no longer have access to their accounts all because they didn’t link their account to their device.

(This has mainly been happening to mobile players as far as I know, I can’t speak for other game consoles)

Yesterday I was watching someone’s live stream and they were explaining how they had to start from scratch because they never linked their account…mind you they have been playing sky for about 3 years…3 YEARS…like you’d think that after playing sky for so long you would link your account to save all of the progress you made.

Now I’ve been playing sky for a little over 6 years now and I have spent so much time, effort and MONEYYYYYY into this game and I wouldn’t even know what words would begin to describe how I would feel if I lost all of my progress. (I have my acc linked to 4 devices)

For the new players that JUST started playing sky, I’ll honestly give you guys some grace if I’m being honest. Y’all just started playing the game and figuring it out, but if you know that you are enjoying the game and you want to continue playing, please LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO YOUR DEVICE!!! I literally can’t stress this enough… bc if a crash like that ever happens again and your account isn’t linked you will possibly risk losing your account…

Now we all know that TGC isn’t perfect and sky cotl has a lot of bug issues that need fixing, but please link your accounts to your device, it’s honestly a little heartbreaking to hear that some of you lost your accounts because you forgot to link your devices….

So I saw that this summer camp event is coming out soon and I peeped this new chibi mask. I saw that it was only $1.99. I was thinking about giving away 10 masks for free simply because I want to🗿. I’d only be spending like $20 anyway and It’s also been a while since I’ve done a giveaway.

lol it’s so weird to see the mannequins/spirits visible when it’s usually a floating orb (well in this season they’re usually just floating orbs)... I have a video of it walking around with me but Reddit won’t let me insert a video with pictures 🫠.

Okay so some of you may know already and probably have seen my last Reddit post that’s titled “Question for older sky players…(again)😅…” and I just have to say it is actually so cool to see older people that play sky. Like I never would have thought that there were this many older individuals that also play sky! To me it’s honestly the coolest thing.

When I first started playing sky, I think I was maybe 18 or 19 years old and during the beginning of season of enchantment I’ve met only one older sky player and they were 60 years old. I remember them helping me out in the beginning and then I never saw them again, and the person was very kind and they also shared some of their life stories with me which I thought was cool✨..Idk why, I just think it’s the coolest thing ever meeting people from different backgrounds and ages especially. But when it comes to older individuals I just can’t help but to want to know what drew you to playing sky…just out of curiosity? I think I read where someone commented that it brings out their inner child and that is just the most beautiful thing ever✨🥹.

This was just something I had on my mind and wanted to share. You guys are awesome. 💛

I say “again” because this isn’t the first time I’ve asked this question. I’ve been playing sky for probably 6 years or more maybe and I was wondering if there’s a discord for sky players that are 25+….

I’m sure this question has been asked a lot by other players. I would just like to befriend other players that are around my age or older. I always want to get out of my comfort zone and meet new people especially bc I’m introverted irl and in game which is crazy bc you’d think I’d be more outgoing in a game where nobody really knows who I am behind a sky kid💀. I mostly play solo doing candle running , finishing events and other daily tasks and then dipping right after I get done. I am currently in college and I’m not on the game as much as I want to be. But it is what it is🙃. But even so I would still like to join a discord and meet new ppl.
