Any tips/advice on weak points and how to improve them!
Looking for ways to bring up my physique. Any advice will be greatly appreciated
peanut butter, granola, smoothie, greek yoghurt, chia seeds, drizzle of honey and the fruit you see on top there. I’m not too sure how much peanut butter this but any estimates would be appreciated
