Riot Support is holding my recovered account hostage for $300+ in hacker chargebacks (-31,089 VP)

I lost my VALORANT account roughly a year ago after my email / socials / discord got hacked through some malware on my PC. After going through the full verification process, I finally recovered access to my account. When I logged in, I noticed new skins in my inventory that I never purchased. The very next day, whoever had stolen my account *OR PURCHASED MY STOLEN ACCOUNT* initiated credit card chargebacks on those purchases, before this charge back I replied to my initial recovery ticket and point it out and was left with a reply that had nothing to do with the potential of them charging back the purchases. This dropped my account balance to -31,089 VP (over $300 worth of VP).

I immediately reached out to Riot Support to explain the situation. I let them know my account was stolen and completely out of my possession when those purchases and chargebacks occurred, and I wanted the negative VP cleared and for them to just take the skins off of the account.

Instead of reviewing any of my account info and the card numbers I gave them, including the purchase IDs that go back as far as late 2023, Riot Player Support has repeatedly handed me automated copy / paste responses. These supposed "tier 1 agents" like Baku and Hatiousion put tickets on hold only to reply with generic templates asking me to reconsider unanswered questions when there were none. They are completely ignoring my messages, including my exact creation date (Dec 9, 2020), original login username, creation location, original registration email, card details, full address, and specific Venmo transaction IDs. On top of that, they are insisting that the negative balance must be repaid out of my own pocket if I want to keep playing on an account I've owned for over 5 years.

Riot Support already officially confirmed my account was compromised when they granted my account recovery request. How can they acknowledge an account was stolen, but then turn around and claim "no signs of compromise"?!

Their verification system relies heavily on automated checks that completely ignore payment details, cardholder names, and previous recovery records. Punishing account owners for credit card fraud committed by a hacker while ignoring verified transaction IDs is broken player support.

Has anyone managed to get an actual Billing Supervisor to conduct a manual audit? Any advice on getting A REAL PERSON to look at this would be appreciated. It feels like I'm in a hostage situation with Riot support where they want me to pay back what the hacker did to my account I didn't have access to. For anyone who has a account they just got back and recovered with new skins on it, pretty much say GG if they charge back the skins, Riots support has been utterly useless in the matter.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

As the title says DON'T, this authorized seller recovered the account A YEAR LATER, and G2G support is doing nothing about it, the seller is https://www.g2g.com/SolidfyShop DO NOT BUY from this site, they do not care about scammers and will allow them to openly make new account sales. PS G2G support said they can't do anything and won't do anything against the seller because it's past their policy dates, so if you buy anything from G2G be prepared to get that taken back a year later with no punishments coming to the seller.

Frontier Fiber Optic Review.

A sales agent came to my house on Wednesday asking if we'd be interested in trying Frontier's new fiber-optic internet they just installed in our neighborhood. He also mentioned we'd get two months free, so we didn't hesitate to agree. He even got us a service appointment for the next day, which was Thursday. Their technician proceeded to call us at 1:06 PM (our appointment was scheduled between 1:00 and 6:00 PM) saying he couldn't find our address. Okay, I guess, even though our house is the third one on the street and it's a straight stretch. We gave him the best directions we could over the phone, and it still took him 15 minutes to finally reach our house. He then proceeded to tell my mom that he couldn't hook up our service because he didn't have any flaggers. Well, that's crazy considering you knew this before you drove all the way out here, right after telling us you apparently couldn't find our address. Then he said he could schedule us for Saturday, but we'd be behind three other houses and he wasn't sure he could fit us into that schedule. Strange, considering we were scheduled two days before them, but somehow we're behind them? Okay, the next day comes and I check our Frontier app. Their technician apparently wrote a note under our account saying that we weren't ready and that we requested a rescheduling?! After about an hour with customer support, they told us our service was going to be turned on Saturday. Fast forward to today, and woopdeedoo, we don't have service and never received a technician call. I'm seriously contemplating going around our neighborhood and warning our neighbors about this issue and how bad this whole situation is. NOW I find out that the reason why he could do those other 3 houses orders is because he marked it as if we were the ones who rescheduled the service, and that pushed our order behind everyone elses, what a POS company. It's all because they have the absolute worst customer service, from chat support and phone support to the technician's report. I don't care about their internet if we can't use it and we're treated like trash by a company who knocked on our door.

Need $500 in 2 Weeks

Hey I'm a graphic designer, mostly work with social media influencers on posts and YT thumbnails, here's my portfolio https://n01dzns.portfoliobox.net/ , Im struggling to find clients and have been for the past couple months, no clue what I'm doing wrong but now I have a very urgent bill to pay with no way in sight to do so. Any suggestions for how to find new clients, I've tried pretty much everything I could think of, from going through countless YouTube searches and getting emails, sending emails, etc. to twitter searches, just out of options :/
