I opened a shop at shopify selling dinnerware / home decor since October last year, i had only 2 sale. While at etsy and ebay i am selling. Hi i had a listing that have variants so a customer got a creamer , now he puts a 1 star review that he got something other than what he ordered! I messaged him and explained to him that he did what he ordered and sent him the screenshot of the order which state clearly a creamer. He didn’t answer, what should i do i am so pissed because i have all good reviews and got this and its not even my fault 😡
