Joining the hate train. I never had much of a problem with them til now..

I bought $220 worth of ceramics and they're charging me $125 for duty??

Then I call and ask why its so high and they say I can speak to a rep who works 8-4 M-F (I work 8-5!) But I can also send an email. So I send an email asking for a break down and they get back to me saying they'll charge me $90-125 if the duty is charged correctly and 0 if they made the mistake. They didnt even give me a break down!!

Then I saw I had a letter and the letter said 10% for some stuff and 15% for the other stuff. So now I have to dispute it and risk paying more?? Like wtf kind of bullshit is this?? Doesnt even tell me if some the charge is their fees?

It seems theyre really taking advantage of this customs thing. So what should I just pay it or dispute it? Anyway f this company. This is why never used them to send packages ever.

guys I know its the government that is charging. but what I bought are 10-15% and fedex are charging 50%!

I'm asking bc Jimmy said he didn't expect so many people to come yesterday at Asbury Park. Then I talked to someone and she said **he seemed like he really was *genuinely shocked* and he says that all the time. **It seems he almost only expects/sees small crowds or doesn't know how popular his band really is.

Yesterday was such a good show! I was up close to the stage, almost got crushed 3 times by crows surfers, and got to meet Jimmy afterwards.

Edit: guys you are repeating yourself and myself too. You all keep saying he says that all the time. I clearly said the person told me he says it all the time but this time he seemed genuine about it.

I hope its not the band themselves bc I'm annoyed af. First I bought the LE vinyl and paid $10 for shipping. Then the Zoetrope came out and I missed the email, but if I had bought it I'd have had to pay shipping again. Then came the Space vinyl which wouldve been more shipping (I didn't buy it). Now I just bought the CD with Zine and it cost me another $8 for shipping. Wtf? Why not release them all at the same time?? I can't add items to my previous order, and if I had bought everything it would've cost $30-40 total just for shipping!

Now I get that it helped some people get different vinyls (I guess) instead of everyone hoarding all of them. But at $8 shipping for the cd with zine which is half the cost for the item itself, merch should be released at the same time! The merch themselves are already expensive and slapping $8-10 one at a time is just costing more.

I just bought merch from another band who released everything at once and only had to pay the initial shipping cost of a LE vinyl box set. I added 4 more items and the shipping didn't go up for each additional item.

I mean help us out here with these crazy ticket prices and I want to buy an overpriced shirt at the concert too!

Oops I meant Saturn in 7th house. I heard this placement means you'll find your partner way later in life. Im waiting patiently but Im just wondering how long or when possibly? Is it true? When did you meet yours?
