Best peptide for body recomposition? Is Reta worth it?

Hey everyone,
I have a question for those with experience using peptides. My goal is body recomposition losing body fat while building muscle. I weigh 71 kg (156 lbs), train consistently, and keep my diet in check.
Right now I’m already using TB-500, GHK-Cu, and MT1, but I’m wondering if I should add something else specifically for recomposition. I’ve been considering retatrutide (Reta). Do you think it’s a good option for this goal, or is it not worth it? If not Reta, what peptide has worked best for you?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, results, and any side effects you’ve noticed.
Thanks!

Possible b6 toxicity

Hey,
I think I might have overdone it with supplements and ended up with possible vitamin B6 toxicity, but I’m not 100% sure and would like some advice from people who experienced something similar.

For 7 days I took:
Vitamin B6: around 20–40 mg daily
Magnesium citrate: 200–400 mg daily
I stopped everything 8 days ago.

Since then I’ve been having persistent symptoms for the past 8 days:
dizziness (disequilibrium / lightheaded feeling)
fatigue
brain fog / derealization feeling
trouble sleeping
No improvement so far, which is making me anxious.
Tomorrow I’m going to do blood tests including vitamin B6 levels.
Has anyone experienced something similar from B6 or magnesium?
How long did your symptoms last after stopping?
Did anything help speed up recovery?
I’d really appreciate any insights or reassurance.
Thanks

Magnesium brainfog brutal side effects

I’m trying to figure out if anyone has experienced something similar.

For 7 days, I was taking magnesium twice a day (morning and evening). Each tablet contained:

Magnesium citrate (Magnesii citras) – 100 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) – 10 mg

I was taking 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening.

I was also taking 2000 mg of Vitamin C once per day.

After about 7 days, I suddenly developed extreme brain fog and dizziness. I feel drunk all the time, almost like I’m disconnected from reality. It’s difficult to focus, think clearly, or feel normal.

The symptoms have now lasted for 5 days, and I stopped taking the magnesium as soon as they started. Despite not taking it anymore, the brain fog and dizziness are still present.

I suspect the magnesium may have caused this, although I’m not completely sure. I’ve also tried taking calcium, but it hasn’t helped at all.

Has anyone experienced severe brain fog, dizziness, or a “drunk” feeling from magnesium supplements? If so, how long did it last, and is there anything that helped reduce the symptoms?
Thanks.

GHK-CU SUPPLEMENTATION

I’ve been seeing mixed opinions about vitamin C, collagen, and zinc while using injectable GHK-Cu.

My current routine is taking vitamin C (2000mg) and marine collagen right after the injection. Is that fine, or should I separate them by a few hours? I’ve read that vitamin C supports collagen synthesis, so it seems beneficial, but I’ve also come across claims that it could somehow interfere with GHK-Cu.
Also, what about zinc? Would taking 10–20 mg in the morning be a good idea while running GHK-Cu, or is there any reason to avoid it?
Would appreciate any insight from people who have experience with this. Thanks!

I’m coming back to using GHK-Cu after quite a long break, and this time I really want to get the most out of it—especially in terms of skin repair and overall improvement.

Right now I’m considering adding BPC-157 to enhance the effects, but I’m also wondering if it’s worth including TB-500 for a more complete approach.

I should also mention that I’d be buying each peptide separately—I’m not looking to go with any kind of pre-made “glow stack.”

On top of that, I’d also love to improve/heal an old shoulder issue, so if any of these combinations could help with that as well, that would be a big plus.

For those of you who have experience with this kind of setup, do you think GHK-Cu + BPC-157 is enough, or does TB-500 make a noticeable difference when it comes to skin regeneration and healing (and possibly joint/tendon recovery too)?

Would really appreciate any insights or personal experiences!

GHK-Cu and considering it with BPC-157. Question is whether adding TB-500 actually brings noticeable extra benefits, or if GHK-Cu + BPC-157 is already the most efficient setup on its own.

What’s the general consensus or experience with this combo?

I’m coming back to GHK-Cu after quite a long break, and this time I want to approach it in a more optimized way—mainly focusing on improving overall skin quality and getting the best possible results.

I’m currently thinking about adding BPC-157, but I’m not sure if that would be enough or if it’s worth also considering TB-500 as part of a more complete approach.

I’d be getting each peptide separately rather than going with any pre-made combinations.

Also, I’ve been dealing with an old shoulder issue, so if anyone has noticed broader benefits beyond just skin-related effects, I’d be really interested to hear about that as well.

Not looking for medical advice—just curious about personal experiences and what worked best for you.

Would you say GHK-Cu + BPC-157 is enough, or does adding TB-500 make a noticeable difference overall?

Appreciate any insights!
