Folks I had my first crash ever. How to straight those hoods? Couldn't find proper video that's shows it on YouTube,.only mostly videos shows positios it selfs but not adjustment

I was struggling to change brake pads in front caliper wee while ago. With new pads wheel was feeling very tight on rotor and wouldn't spin properly even after fallowing right procedure including resetting pistons . I did even open bleed port near brake lever to realise some pressure as one of pistons seems like being lazy , it was going back to position very slow. So went to my local mechanic he did fully bleed both brakes he said fluid was "cooked" what ever thats mean, pistons works fine now- just to mention bike is 4 months old, we talking about TCR pro advanced 0 2025 with SRAM axs and was build by official giant store in England ( I bought bike thru giant website ) Also both brakes were sponge, they didn't go back to position very quick...and after bleed rear brake lever feel the same...front one works like machine, perfect . On the video closer brake lever to camera is rear one and further one is front one.

Rear brake power is fine but just curious if that's because wire is longer ...or there could be some air bubbles stuck (still even after bleed)

Anyone with SRAM force could post a video how your brake pevers retract?

I got these two creams, can I use them ( before bed time) in order like one cream (retinol) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday and second one (Revitalizing anti-ageing) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturday and Sunday. Or there is no point and I should just stick to one, as both basically targeting anti-aging.

I got them at good price so just bought both of them.

I did reset pistons using park tool 1.2 (while old pads were in)

Also I pushed pistons back using specific SRAM.tool

I did clean caliper with isopropyl alcohol, same did to pistons ( while wheel and pads were out I pressed brake lever just to extend them little bit to give them a clean)

Bike was upside down just for photos and wheel spin

I went back to old pads for now as there is still wee bit life left on them...

is anyone had trouble fitting new SRAM pads and bought different brand and they were just fine ?

Also new ones has different code, is that because it's different material?

Folks o just changed braking pads and my level started beeping w bit sponge and starts make noise and it goes to about half way than before.

I did something what should I do before posting. I have put back old pads and lever travel normal distance. So why with new pads lever goes only about half way ?(Still make a bit noise but less)

Folks I'm about to change brake pads first time in my life. Obviously it's not a rocket science but just wanna make sure I will do it properly...seen fee videos on YouTube but some are different than the other,.and mention some different tips.

Bike - TCR with SRAM force axs

So what I'm planning to do

1. Take wheel off

2. Remove secure clip then bolt,

3. Before taking old pads out, reset pistons ( I have tool,.park tool pp 1.2) - flip in, push hard but don't use lots of force, then move a bit on sides to put pistons back

4. Give a clean to caliper, using microfiber isopropyl alcohol(do the same to disc brake rotor

5. Put new pads in and get that bolt and clip back on.

6. Check for rubbing

Tips. Do not touch pads with fingers, same applies to rotor - use gloves. Do not press brake lever while pads are out..

Also after everything goes successfull need to bedin those pads.

Any other tips folks ?

Sharing some shots with you folks

Folks... probably dumb question. Been riding on my first ever road bike (TCR 2025) it's been 4 months so far(I made about 1.5k km so far). Today during ride something fell off from my bike...went back and them I found on the ground lever from front wheel (not sure what exactly that thing is called) 😳 is this has to be attached all the time? Not gonna lie I was worried a bit, picked this up, and then plugged in and get safety home. It didn't fell off again but there is loose so on bump road soon or sooner it will go off again

I did today 125km ride and I was just checking some of stats and I just realised I change front gear over 150 times , is that not a bit too..crazy ? Checked other my rides and that seems like normal number for such a distance 😭😂 mostly I'm doing that on traffic lights (living in City centre so getting out of town is pretty hard sometimes ) or when I'm getting close to some folks on cycling paths (walking people, people with dogs or families) . Basically it's easier (in my opinion) to change gear on chainring (press both shifters at same time, SRAM force asx ) than pressing few times rear shifter and ending up on the bigger gear on cassette and doing something what I thing is called cross chain from what I heard people were saying to avoid doing if possible.

What about you folks, are you doing something similar?

Folks any idea what exactly tape Giant using for their TCR Pro advanced 0 2025? It started peeling off in one spot I covered it with isolation tape but probably it won't last long so gonna need buy new one some point soon. I would love to use this specific one as I find it super comfortable.

Folks I need change this stock bottle cage that was given me with my TCR into something that feels more secure. I want buy two bottle cages any recommendations? Was thinking about those ones,but £35 each that quite pricey!😂

Also I'm using 610ml , camelbak podium bottles...
