I really like sitcoms, funny relatable dramas, and comedy. I don’t like horror and heavy stuff. I like light comedy with a bit of dramaaaa

I had horrible forehead acne for months until I changed my diet now my forehead is completely clear and has been but my CHEEKS have been getting pimples and red spots!!!! What causes this and how do I prevent it? For reference I used to have a lot of acne and when I started my skin care routine I currently use it went away gradually. (I use an oil free cleanser, eye cream, grape-seed oil, and moisturizer. That’s it.)
My face is extremely dull I look sick without makeup. Is there vitamins I might be lacking, certain skincare products, masks, vitamins, foods, etc that could help this? Not sure if this matters but I’m 18 (F)
