I got the first message, then as I was typing my response, they sent the second one. Didn’t send my reply and blocked them instead. For something that I price at $28 I expect to sell at $20-23 and I’ve sold a few for even lower, but $2 is a whole new level.
I’m not talking about the rating they get, but how they rate the other sellers in previous transactions lol I know I am probably overthinking, but if they have recent transactions, I tend to click on that seller’s profile to see what this buyer left them. This is the first time I came across a customer who only has a few transactions, but they left nothing but 3 stars and 4 stars and their comments are about minor issues. Now I’m a little hesitant to accept their offer. I’m a newer seller so every review is important to me at this stage. Curious about your thoughts!

I have finally gotten 400 points to redeem for 140 credits! After redeeming, I see a coupon added to my account which opens a QR code. I don’t see an option to apply the coupon in the app, and the kiosk doesn’t look like it can scan codes. Is there an alternative way to redeem other than going through the counter? Thanks in advance!
I was a regular at a place that offered $10 reward after spending $100 there. After clicking on the reward, it says the business is unavailable. I searched on Doordash, the business is still there, they just created a new page. The reward cannot be used on the new page, but the old page isn’t available for ordering. I reached out to DD and they basically said the business has the right to do so, and they won’t do anything. Just wow. The only reason I paid the higher doordash menu price is for the loyalty program (the store itself doesn’t have one). I know it is just $10 (for me, who knows how many other customers are affected), but this is a sketchy practice. I guess it is good to know that businesses have an easy way to deny loyalty rewards as they please.
Edit: my issue with DD is more that they allow such practice: creating a new duplicate page when everything on the menu, business locations, etc. have not changed. This means the merchant can choose not to honor rewards, or if they get too many negative reviews, they can easily get away with creating a new page.
