Open-Source Stream Deck for Twitch + OBS

Open-Source Stream Deck for Twitch + OBS

Hello everyone! First of all, you'll need a PC ( if you're streaming, it should be at least decent) + Node.js.

I wanted to share a project I've been working on called sDeck. It is a fully self-hosted, local alternative to dedicated macro pads or commercial stream decks.

Instead of buying expensive specialized hardware just to have a stream deck to help you do your thing, sDeck turns any device with a web browser (old tablet, smartphone, secondary laptop) on your local Wi-Fi network into a highly responsive, touch-optimized control interface.

Take a look and let me know.

Free Stream Decks - Local Hosted for Streamers

New project on GitHub with Claude as a contributor.

I am excited to officially open-source my latest project on GitHub: sDeck.

Hardware control interfaces and broadcasting software tools shouldn’t be locked behind expensive proprietary ecosystems or recurring monthly subscriptions.

It is a lightweight, high-performance web dashboard built to turn any phone, tablet, or secondary monitor on your local Wi-Fi network into a fully functional macro pad and stream controller.

I'm excited to see this project completed and eager to see it being used by streamers, reporters, gamers, podcasters, sales and commercial teams, etc.

I'll be making a demo soon as well, but if you have any questions or doubts in the meantime, feel free to contact me.

I'm more than happy to welcome contributors who just have ideas or bugs to bring to the table. I will do my best to adapt and provide the features you need in this tool.

Originally built to streamline the À lá Samuca broadcasts, it has evolved into a fully extensible framework. You can see the setup in action on the channel here:https://www.twitch.tv/samuca2835
