I had a Rocephin shot a week ago (last sunday on sept 27th) and the injection site still is a bit sore
i’m not sure if that’s normal as i’ve never had a Rocephin shot before . It’s a bit bruised but nothing too crazy
I thought the soreness would’ve been gone by now?? Is this normal ?
I am a female, age 26– not in menopause. The pain is about 2/3. The timing is only when I sit down or apply pressure to the area.
Does anyone else feel that they never get time to mentally recover from work and then suddenly you’re already back at work and you’re still emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted from the previous week and it’s just this constant cycle of never having enough energy to even do your job properly?
My shift is Monday- Friday and then every other weekend I work a Sunday. I feel like I can never catch up mentally and I am always exhausted. It’s slowly killing me.
BD shipping is a joke. Even if you get stock, NOT PRE!, and get a label printed, you will still be waiting weeks for USPS to even pick up your package. Not to mention all the hickups the company has itself— like lack of inventory, misprint labels. I get that it’s a “smaller” company and not on a big scale like YLA or GS, but you’d think they’d figure it out by now.

I am so ready to hang up this coat in this field. I am tired, exhausted, drained, BURNT OUT! I am tired of the excuses this field comes up with for the behaviors of clients. Staff are hit, spit on, verbally abused, sexually harassed, sexually assaulted on duty and no one bats an eye. Management only cares about keeping clients on for money and doesn’t want anyone to actually progress. I am so over it.
If you’ve been in this field long enough, you have probably experienced burnout…In your opinion, what are some ways that management/companies can do to help fix employee burnout?
I think instead of 40 hour weeks, have 32 (I think that should be every job tbh.. not reason for 40 hour work weeks anymore) and higher pay.
