Almost every friend in a relationship and I am not .people say be yourself but I think I'm confidence about myself still get rejected and never had a relationship what am I missing ?

I saw a girl in BS class .That joined four months ago and I think she's soo introvert or shy .she got a bench for her self no one sit next to her and .We are 1 month away from A/l .so should I tell her that I like her or not. I'm pretty sure we would not see each other after exam. What yall think?
