Best things to do 20 months out?

I got bells 1 week before my son was born… so around 20 months ago. What can I do now to help with healing?

I’ve tried… steroids, acupuncture, facial PT, taping my face, and Botox (they didn’t give me antivirals since I was pregnant).

I am about 75% healed but have a lot of synkinesis. I’m going to do acupuncture again I guess. Am i stuck like this forever?

I don’t want another kid but I want a do-over on my sons newborn days 😢

Just as the title says… I was deep in the throws of PPD and I feel like I remember nothing of when my son was a newborn. He was a typical baby, who has grown into a wonderful and sensitive 17 month old. I want to experience the newborn stage again but not with another baby if that makes sense.

I look back on pictures and don’t remember anything and it makes me sad :(

Lying about age during booking?

I’ve read on other threads that people lie about their kids age on booking for some reason?

My question is… on their website it says I need a car seat for my infant when I book them an extra seat but he will not sit in a car seat, he hates it, is it really mandatory? I’ve heard people lie about their kids ages so they don’t need a car seat?

Like how strict are they with babies in car seats? He’s going to be 18 months.

If I book a seat for a 2 year + I can book an extra leg room but if I book an extra seat + infant I cannot.

Ugh

Does my baby need a floatation device in a pool?

My baby is 17 months and this will be his first time in any type of water except the bath. Both my husband and I will be with him watching him and holding him at all times.

We don’t have any friends or anyone that would distract us from him. Should he wear a life vest? Or just hold him in the water? Any recommendations for that age?

All of my sons toys are upside down so he can spin the tires

I am posting out of anxiety for my 16 month old son. He is a wonderful boy; he loves to spin tires on everything, he’s liked this since he was able to spin things. All of his toys, strollers, and bikes are upside down so he can spin the tires.

He also hates his hands being touched and cuddles, since he was a baby. He responds to his name 90% of the time, makes eye contact most of the time, and walks/runs flat footed.

He hates the noise of motors such as a leaf blower, a blender, and a vacuum but will stop crying if we hold him even if the sound continues.

He doesn’t smile when you smile at him, he has always been an independent baby, learning a lot on his own and not wanting us to help. He doesn’t like stuffed animals or dolls.

He will point, look at us for praise, and eat mostly anything.

He is scoring moderate on the autism screener (4) even though he is 16 months old… pediatrician says he’s fine but I’m concerned if I should recommend him for early intervention?

Sorry thank you

I was the first in my friend group to give birth… no one to talk to, no one to understand what it means to go in to L&D 8cm dilated (didn’t know), begging for an epidural, then giving birth 3 hours later. No real support from the friends as they don’t know how to support me, I get it. I didn’t know what to do for other friends either.

Now my friend is getting induced and everyone in the group is asking very inquisitive questions, offering support, etc. I never got any of that. Maybe because I wasn’t induced?

I just feel like no one cared about me. I know that’s not true but it just feels that way :(
