I want to start going to the gym and i have a routine set up. I really want to lose weight (at least lbs). Just to start off and get into the habit of going often though, would it be good to start with cardio only? I was thinking about going for a little bit and doing just cardio while there to get used to the gym and get into the habit of going in general. Would this help me lose any weight at all? I’m not fully sure how much of weight loss works in general and would be extremely open to any advice or any tips people may have for me. Thank you sm in advance!

So I’ve been big into forensics for as long as I can remember (and i just started my first year of college a week ago!). I was thinking about getting a tattoo to go along with that. I specifically want to do forensic pathology. Would an anatomical heart make sense? My other two tattoos are line art so that’s what this one would be too haha 😇 If anyone has other ideas too I’m open to any :)

Hello! I’m 18 and just about to start my freshman year in college! I’ve known I wanted to work in the forensics field since I was younger (I discovered it from watching the tv show Bones LOL). Hi! I have my helix in both ears and was told not to let wet hair or hair products touch it, but I feel as though it’s inevitable! Could i just clean them right after and still be okay? I’m not sure what to do about that.

okay i don’t really know if this is the right place to ask haha but my sister used to have this case on her ipod touch and i wanna find it again just for shits and giggles lol it was either from claire’s or justice and had some random girly design that was popular at that time (maybe emojis?) and it was a softish plastic that stuck to flat surfaces i thought it was so freaking cool
