Surron Ultra bee looped concerns.

First off i’m sorry yall. I’m sure this sub gets spammed all day with my first e bike bullshit all day…

But i’m looking to get my first e bike and this Surron ultra bee popped up local to me.

Looks to be in good shape other than the obvious damage from looping. Is that damage any concern? probably won’t even fix it plan to have a lot of fun with this bike so looks ain’t really a concern. What should I look for when I go check it out.

I think I can get it for around $4100

I luv music. Thank you.

Hello friends,

As a music lover, it’s my horror to admit that I have been using AirPods Pros since the original ones to listen to music most of my life.

My friend purchased the AirPods Max 2s and let me have a listen, and I went out and bought them immediately. The jump from the AirPods Pros to the Maxes was unbelievable to me. I was in bliss. I thought I found sound.

Then I was like no way APPLE makes the best headphones, So I did research and bought the HDB 630’s and the max 2’s went out the window. Never heard sound in such detail. So, So good.

Now those Apple headphones will fill the gap of convenience, working out and travel for me. But i’m wondering if I push my budget a bit would a wired open back headphone setup be a noticeable jump from the HDB 630’s ? Plan to use them strictly for home use listening in a quiet area. But I mainly stream music from my iphone so I feel that might fuck it? I know the jump isn’t always linear but i’m down to get an amp and listen on my computer if that’s what it takes to get the best sound experience.

But i’m more than happy to just enjoy the HDB’s if not.

“Cheap” Airpod Max 2 vs sennheiser Hd 630

In a peculiar situation, my best friend wants to sell his AirPods Max 2s. (Yes, I know they’re real. I was in the store with him when he bought them, and he just doesn’t use them anymore.) He’ll sell them to me for $300, and they’re like new. I have the AirPods Pro 3s, so I’m just trying to fill the gap for the best sound quality over-ear headphones I can get.

I was wondering if paying $200 more for the HD 630s would be worth it. Anyone who has used both let me know if they’re worth it? Nowhere near me even has the HD 630s for me to try out. But I see a lot of hype around them online. I’m really only curious about the sound quality. I’ll mainly use the AirPods Pro 3s, so all the other features are irrelevant for me in terms of convenience. purely sound is xtra $200 + tax worth it. I listen to Rap, rock, Billie Elish

How’d I do.

Picked this truck up for $1,050 as a project truck. Runs and drives. Engine smooth and trans shifts good so I say it’s a win.

Has 161,000 miles. some rust but nothing that compromise frame all surface rust. Interior is in really good shape. It’s a 3500 dullay, has the 8.1 big block and Allson 5 speed transmission. it’s an 01 so she’s old but body is surprisingly clean. clean title.

Needs break lines, a bed, Front grill, and a few other small things. Tires are great.

What should I do about that rust on the rockers? This is my first truck so i’m excited to do some work on it. Any other tips are greatly appreciated. Plan to use for towing or maybe just fix up and sell.

Engine swap, what should I replace?

Doing an engine swap on my 08 Pilot EX-L (3.5L V6 J35Z1). Swapping a 150k-mile used engine in place of my old 165k-mile one.

My old engine had a ton of brand new parts that I am transferring over, plus a few things I plan to buy fresh. Since the "new" used engine is out I want to do all the crucial gaskets and seals now.

Parts transferring from old engine (all like new):

Complete Valve Covers & Gaskets

Water Pump, Timing Belt, Tensioner, & Idlers

Alternator & A/C Compressor

Flywheel

Buying brand new for the swap:

Rear Main Seal

Front Crankshaft & Camshaft Seals

Thermostat

water pump and thermostat housing gaskets

Aside from these, what else is absolutely crucial to replace or swap over while access is easy? Any specific J-series failure points I should address right now.

TIA ❤️

Easiest way to clean this engine

bought a used engine. Going to swap a bunch of seals and shit but I figure ai need to clean all this gunk off from all the oil I presume was leaking. This is my plan any tips would be great appreciated first time doing something like this. 07 honda pilot

  1. seal engine. stuff rag into exhaust ports ect…

  2. Im thinking i’m going to start by scraping the gunk off to get the heavy coated parts off first

  3. Get a degreaser (recommendations on which one?) spray it on let it sit for 20 mins

  4. pressure wash.

  5. dry with compressor air

  6. lightly coat with wd40 to prevent rusting

So much fun. Bought it and the dealership had absolutely no idea what was done to it, Can you guys tell anything from the photos. I think it’s an aftermarket exhaust but I have no idea. I purchased the warranty seemed good 4 years unlimited miles. I know they’re very reliable but I just didn’t want to deal with it. Was $200 bucks a year electrical and mechanical so I didn’t mind. Such a blast but for a first time rider No gas, Gear or RPM gauge is kind of scary. Stalled a few times, It’s lowered a few inches so I like that usually a bit tall.

Cashed out on a bunch of alpinestar gear looks badass (gloves jacket pants boots) and got a HJC helmet used on facebook with a sena 5s like new for 100 bux. Glad I didn’t buy the 300 dollar one at the store.

If you guys had any advice, tips or absolutely just anything I should know I’d greatly appreciate it. Only thing I plan to do to it is remove the decals. How should I go about doing that?

Looking to grab my first bike. Learned on a buddy’s sport bike (suzuki GSXR 750) and got pretty good at riding it and love that type of bike but after riding another buddies supermoto I definitely want one more to start. There is this 2004 ktm 525 for sale local to me for 3500. 5k miles. I was thinking of the suzuki drz400sm but they’re hard to find and people are telling me this will be more fun. What should I know and keep in mind between the 2 bikes. Which one would you go with?

So, i’m excited as hell to get my first bike. I learned how to ride on my buddy’s GSXR750 which is a blast but It’s just not for me. I want a supermoto and all the hype I hear is with the DRZ400sm. What should I look for when buying one used? Anything you wish you knew before you bought one? since I have little to no experience with bikes i’m just worried about being new and someone trying to take advantage. Thanks!

(dropped some photos of the specific one I was looking at)

Is their any aftermarket booster systems that work with the wolfman 1/2 x 28 so I can use my wolfman on a pistol without the ugly ass long DA booster?
