Books on sex

Hi all,

To cut a long story short, I have a female relative with Alcohol Fetal Syndrome (adopted at a young age) who also has autism and is developmentally delayed.
She is 26, and is working at a primary school age in terms of her concept of money, bills etc.
She has no friends she sees on a regular basis, but has a boyfriend the same age as her, who she sees around once a month.
From what I’ve been told, he has had sex previously, and after dating for over 3 years, wants to have sex with female relative.
She thinks sex is just for pleasure for a man, and I want to find resources to support her understanding, to help her see it’s a natural thing to what to do with your partner.
She said they have kissed, but she has not let him go any further, but is sexually intrigued somewhat because it’s ’what everyone else does’
Any resources or books etc would be really helpful. Thanks ☺️

Pointing out her flaws

Hi all,
My husband and I have been together for 15 years, and started dating at 18.
His mother has always been a stress factor in our relationship, causing many problems over the years.
She lacks boundaries, and as a single mum believes because she did it this way, we should do the same.
We have one child who is 4, and we moved to the other side of the world.
She has another son, whose gf is wonderful and we get along great. Over the last few months, we have noticed she fabricates conversations, or just bare face lies, causes drama, mostly unnecessary, and puts tension on both mine and SiL relationships with both her and her sons.
Anyway, to get to the point, I need some strategies on how to deal with her, but more so, have to get the two sons to communicate and realise that their mother is so manipulate and is lying almost daily. She very much plays the victim, makes both her sons feel sorry for her, lacks accountability and is just general hard work. One son (BiL) is more receptive to understanding she’s not easy to deal with, whilst my husband is not very understanding and defends her constantly.
Any suggestions on how to manage this situation, and or how to get both the sons to start talking to each other about their mum? Their current conversations are very surface level.
For context some extra context, we are going to visit our hometown at Christmas for the first time since we have moved away, and we are staying with her, and I’m dreading it so much. I need something to keep me sane over that period but also something to help me work through this. Happy for any suggestions of books to read etc. Thanks!

Books to read?

Hi all, looking for suggestions on books to read to help process a trauma based childhood, and how to break the cycle.

Also, if anyone has read any books on enmeshment too, I would appreciate the recommendations! TIA
