This is Eida and Daemon from Boruto.
Their powers include Eida being loved by everyone to the point where no one can harm her (basically think of Pepe’s ability but passive to all those around them). Daemon is her little brother who has the ability to reflect any form of malicious intent at their opponent. Even just the very act of thinking to attack will cause his reflection ability to occur.
As far as I can tell, the only character who can beat them is Yhwach (and soul king) due to the almighty but the rest might just get reflection diffed by Daemon’s overpowered ability.

Round 1 Verse Equalization: Chakra = spirit energy that Akemura can take away from the paths of Pain via Magatsumi’s black energy sucking the chakra from them, but in return this also means that Pain can absorb the Magatsumi’s power via the Preta Path as well.
Round 2: No verse Equalization where Akemura’s abilities cannot be absorbed by Pain, but in return Akemura can’t absorb the life force or chakra from Pain due to the six paths being a set of corpses controlled by Nagato.
