Lincoln Museum

I went to the Lincoln Museum in Rockport, Indiana, today and it was absolutely amazing!! So much history there and soooo many quilts. My favorite of all the quilts was this scrappy quilt that had the most beautiful embroidered quilting on it. The stitches are just so well done. Do you think the hand sewer just embroidered it on top or did it all the way through all the layers to quilt together?

What was that Intervention about? A Toxic Love Story

I feel like not enough people are talking about the intervention party Jason had for Angela where he creepily called a bunch of their friends to their house to sit and wait for Angela to walk through the door so that he could announce to them all and to her that she’s lying about having cancer. Isn’t he supposed to be a cop or something? Angela is seriously delusional, but lying about having cancer and surprising all these people who probably have other direct ties to cancer and possibly short fuses just so they can put Angela in the middle of the room and scream at her was something else. It reminded me of the stoning scene in A Handmaids Tale. Was anyone else super disturbed by that surprise intervention party?

And, yes, Angela is a psychopath for lying about cancer. I just don’t think I’d be calling all of her friends to surprise them and her to our house altogether lol.

Is curling ok?

I’m doing my first mosaic crochet project but I’ve been a knitter and crocheter for a long time. I’m using size 4 yarn and 4mm hook. I am on row 18 of 228. Is it ok for it to still be curling up or should I switch to a bigger hook? Since this is my first mosaic crochet project I’m not sure how ok curling is bc it will work itself out as it gets longer and heavier. Thanks for your help!
