I got roped in by some random instagram posts a few months ago, and now I’ve completed all of the episodes available on Netflix. I’m in the US, if that makes a difference. Ideally, I’d like to not have to pay for them since I feel like I have alllll the streaming services!
I’ve been a hygienist for 18 years. I had a gingival graft about 15 years ago, and that’s great. Now I’m going to need two crowns thanks to some old amalgams, and one might need RCT, but a dentist I’ve worked for in the past didn’t want to touch it due to how far the amalgam went down the distal of the tooth, so I’m paranoid I might need an implant.
Someone tell me they’re also a hygienist without perfect teeth! (My hygiene is, though)
I’m also considering traditional braces. I never had them as a kid, and had Invisalign about 15 years ago, I was my old boss’s test case, so I didn’t have to pay for it but honestly I think I’m a better candidate for traditional braces due to my bite.
I’m also in my mid 40s. Colleagues, should I be embarrassed?
45! And it just felt so natural and I just felt like I was playing good golf. I wasn’t even paying attention to my score, just, wow, I played that hole well, let’s see if we can do it again, but like, with zero pressure.
I have a lofty goal to break 44 and I can get a new golf bag, but now I feel like it might be attainable this season!
I’ve been to Bally’s and loved being able to actually rent beach chairs but also hang out at the bar with a DJ or some sort of live music. Which resorts also have beach bars, and are they worth it? We had a change in plans are debating between Tropicana or Caesars. Also wouldn’t mind a great social pool area.
A good breakfast buffet is my absolute kryptonite. Are there any hotels that even have them anymore, and if so, which has the best one?
Heading down in August for my birthday, staying Sunday til Tuesday. I’m very familiar with the boardwalk, but looking to play a round on Sunday before we check into our hotel. Also, I see many places for oysters, but which is legit the best? Thanks in advance!
We cruise next year, and I saw both of these islands have courses. I know carnival doesn’t have excursions for golf, at least not at these stops.
We’ve been to Grand Cayman before and did the beach and swam with sting rays and enjoyed it, and I remember seeing a group with their golf clubs.
Montego Bay, tbh I haven’t seen anything I “need” to check out there, so I thought trying a golf course there might be nice.
I know grand cayman would be a gamble because it’s a tender port.

Heading down to Orlando in a few weeks. Final destination is Disney, but we get in about midnight so we’re staying at a hotel near the airport. Hoping to hit an OTF in the morning before we head to our Disney hotel. Are the any that aren’t too far from the airport? I’ve been to the Celebration studio and the past and loved it, but it just won’t work this trip.
Stepdaughter is graduating over at Harbor Lights, or whatever it is called now. She only got 4 tickets, so remaining grandparents and mom and dad get them. Heading in with them to go out to dinner after. Where’s the best place to order a beverage, maybe a snack, where I won’t feel pressured to get in and out?
