Hey. I am sharing something that happened to me a year ago because I want somebody to say to me "I believe you" and nobody ever does when I say this so here we go.

First of all to understand this it is important to understand 2 things: my religious beliefs and how my house is set up. I am a Protestant Christian. I still am. I believe that demons will pretend to be ghosts in order to trick people out of believing in God. This is not me forcing my beliefs on you, this is simply what I believe. This will be important in understanding why I did what I did. Next my house, specifically my bathroom. It has 1 vent at the door but makes loud sounds whenever it turns on and blows very little air out. It is facing away from my mirror where I was located. It is physically impossible for air to blow onto the mirror. With that said here is my story:

I was brushing my teeth one day when the room got eerily quiet and cold. I didn't think much of it until after what happened next. A targeted blow on the back of my neck, as if someone was behind me and breathing down onto my neck. I didn't see anyone in the mirror and turned around just to double check, that is when a 2nd targeted blow happened on the back of my neck which was facing the mirror, meaning nobody could be there blowing on my neck nor could this be a gust of wind. Only explanation: supernatural. I ran out of the room and looked down the hall toward my bathroom. There was nothing there. So I regained my composure, walked slowly down the hall while praying and invoking the Holy Spirit to remove the demon. After I did that nothing happened and nothing has happened since.

I say that because encounters have happened before not to me, but to my sister who lives with me. She has told many stories about paranormal experiences in her room and she has been visibly terrified and traumatized by them to the point of almost needing therapy. Ever since I prayed for the demon to leave she has never said anything about a ghost/demon nor anyone else in the house has.

I have recently started hanging around a group of people I shouldn't have. A voice inside me telling me to change my ways and stop being with them has grown louder and the sermons given in my church and Youth group have all been about returning to Jesus and that you're never too far gone. The one that really stuck out was today's which was a small devotional with a group of devoted Christians who all are very much so living the level 99 Christian lifehood we all desire. The message was about how you are never too far gone from God and how he is calling for you to return, and it felt like that message was meant for me. Idk I just want prayers to help change my ways.

As of right now I am kind of embarrassed by my leg days. They are 2 times a week and the only thing I do on them (because I can't think of anything else) is lunges and a mile run. What is worst of all is I only run a mile in 10 minutes. So I need Reddit's help: give me some exercises to increase running endurance, as well as some to make leg day bigger than 2 exercises.
