What is your opinion so far about Blade Runner 2099

I saw the trailer last night and it's something that was quite exciting, I don't really care about the gender of the protagonists of a series, and I saw recently a lot of hate what they are throwing at the trailer because they say that now Blade Runner has become woke, I really don't feel that way since I hope that the series is handled well according to the plot

Also, I feel that Blade Runner had always addressed issues such as systemic oppression, corporate exploitation and marginalized identities that in its own universe would be replicants and that I don't want to believe that people confuse that with woke despite certain similarities for the latter reason.

In my personal opinion, I feel that the series, like the other Blade Runner projects (films/shorts and the anime), is going to fail. (When I say fail, I don't mean to be hateful; it's just my perspective. The original 1982 film didn't gross enough upon its release, and critics said it was too slow and somewhat boring. The most famous film currently, 2049, while critically acclaimed, didn't fully recoup its expensive production budget at the box office, limiting future major direct investments.) But not for the right reason. The whole issue now is that the protagonist is going to be a woman, which I feel is very unjustified, especially considering the series hasn't even been released yet. I'm excited to see what this new project is about, and knowing myself, I know I'm going to love it, flaws and all.

How long does it take for collaboration skins to return in Overwatch?

I want some collaboration skins, but there are also some cool skins coming out in the store lately, so I'd like to know how to calculate whether I should spend my Overwatch coins or not.

[REQUEST][Steam] First attempt to get RESIDENT EVIL 4 Remake - 75% ($7.25 USD)

After playing Resident Evil 2 Remake, I can safely say it became one of my favorite video games. At first, I was just expecting a good survival horror game, but I ended up discovering a story that captivated me from beginning to end. The adventure of Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield made me want to learn more about the Resident Evil universe. Each character had their own perspective on events, which made the experience incredibly engaging. Furthermore, characters like Ada Wong and Sherry Birkin contributed significantly to the story and further piqued my interest in the series.

I enjoyed Resident Evil 2 Remake so much that I decided to unlock all its achievements on Steam. It wasn't easy; there were times when I had to replay sections, learn new strategies, and overcome some pretty tough challenges. However, each achievement felt like a reward for my hard work. Platinum-winning the game made me appreciate it even more, as it allowed me to uncover details, secrets, and mechanics that I probably would have missed if I had only played the main story once. It was a very satisfying experience and left me wanting to continue exploring the franchise.

For that reason, I'd love to get Resident Evil 4 Remake. I know this game continues Leon's story several years after the events in Raccoon City, and I'm very excited to be able to join him again on a new mission. I'm interested to see how he's changed as a character, how he faces new dangers, and what new challenges he'll have to overcome. I'm also eager to meet new characters and reunite with some I already know, as well as discover the surprises the game holds for those who explore it thoroughly.

My only experience with Resident Evil 4 was several years ago when a friend lent me his console, and I was able to play some parts of the original game. Although I didn't finish it, I perfectly remember how exciting it was to face the enemies, explore the town, and gradually uncover what was happening. That experience made me always want to return to that game, but now I'd like to do it with the remake, which modernizes the graphics, improves the gameplay, and maintains the essence that made the original one of the most important video games in history.

Another of my goals would be to get 100% of the achievements on Steam, just like I did with Resident Evil 2 Remake. I know it will be a demanding challenge and that I'll need several playthroughs to complete all the challenges, but that's precisely what motivates me most. I like to dedicate time to a game, learn all its mechanics, overcome difficulties, and feel the satisfaction of completing each achievement on my own merit. For me, achievements represent the time, dedication, and affection I have for a video game.

Furthermore, Resident Evil 4 Remake has great replay value. Thanks to its different difficulty levels, unlockable weapons, upgrades, and challenges, each playthrough can feel different. I'd like to experiment with different strategies, try to complete the game in faster times, and discover all the secrets it offers. I know this is a game I'll return to many times, not one I'll play just once and then forget.

Currently, the base game is 75% off, bringing the price down to $7.25, which I consider an excellent price for a game of Resident Evil 4 Remake's quality. It's a rare opportunity, and I'd love to take advantage of it before the sale ends.

In short, Resident Evil 2 Remake sparked a great interest in this saga and left me eager to continue Leon S. Kennedy's story. Completing all the achievements in that game made me appreciate the experience even more, and now I'd like to repeat that same challenge with Resident Evil 4 Remake. I'm sure I'll enjoy every moment of the adventure, discover new surprises, and dedicate many hours to 100% completing the game. For me, it wouldn't just be buying a video game, but continuing a story that truly impacted me and continuing to enjoy one of the most important franchises in the survival horror genre.

[REQUEST][Steam] My second attempt to get Resident Evil 2 Remake (base game) which is on sale for -80% ($5.80 USD)

Hello everyone.

This is my second attempt, so first of all, I want to thank anyone who takes the time to read this post. I know there are many people participating, each with their own reasons and stories, so I really appreciate anyone taking a few minutes to read mine.

I'd like to request a copy of RESIDENT EVIL 2 / BIOHAZARD RE:2, the standard version of the game. It's currently 80% off and costs approximately $5.80 USD, so I thought it was a good opportunity to try again.

The reason I want this game is quite simple: it's one of my all-time favorite games.

A while ago, I had the chance to play it on a friend's PlayStation. For several months, he would invite me over, and we would spend entire afternoons playing. Those were the kind of days you remember fondly even years later. Sometimes we progressed through the story, other times we got stuck trying to solve a puzzle, and many times we ended up running through corridors while Mr. X relentlessly pursued us.

What started as simply trying out a game ended up becoming an experience that significantly impacted me as a player. Little by little, I came to appreciate every aspect of Resident Evil 2: the atmosphere, the design of the police station, the constant sense of danger, the resource management, and the way the game manages to maintain tension even when you already know what's going to happen.

Over time, I ended up playing it so much that I even managed to get the platinum trophy on my friend's console. It was something that took a lot of dedication, but I enjoyed every moment. However, even though I got all those trophies, I always felt that the experience wasn't completely mine because the game wasn't in my own library.

It might sound strange to some people, but I would really love to be able to see it on my account. I would like to open my library and find it there. I would like to be able to start the game whenever I want without depending on anything else. I'd love to unlock the achievements again on my own and rebuild that progress from scratch.

For me, achievements aren't just little digital icons. They often represent memories, time invested, and experiences I enjoyed. When I see a list of completed achievements, I don't just see percentages; I remember the hours I spent playing, the challenges I overcame, and the moments that made each playthrough special.

That's why I'd love to get all the Resident Evil 2 achievements again. I know it would require time and effort, but that's precisely part of what draws me in. I'd like to replay the different scenarios, refine routes, optimize resources, try to finish the game faster, and overcome the toughest challenges once more.

Also, even though I know most of the story, Resident Evil 2 is one of those games that never loses its magic for me.

Every time I see images of Raccoon City or hear the game's music, I remember the feeling of exploring the police station for the first time. I remember opening doors without knowing what awaited me on the other side. I remember hearing footsteps in the distance and wondering if I was really safe or if something was about to appear.

That blend of horror, exploration, and survival is something very few games have managed to convey in the same way.

I also grew quite fond of the characters. Leon always struck me as a very interesting protagonist because he starts out practically a novice facing an impossible situation. Despite everything that happens, he tries to keep going and help others. Claire also seems like an incredible character to me because of her determination and the way she never gives up, even when the odds are completely stacked against her.

Something I really admire about the game is how it manages to balance fear with satisfaction. There are moments when you feel vulnerable, low on ammo, and unsure of what to do. But there are also moments when you manage to overcome a difficult situation and feel that all your effort was worthwhile.

It's an experience that still seems brilliant to me even after playing it so many times.

Another reason I want to own it is because it represents a very special time in my life. It reminds me of those afternoons spent playing with my friend, discussing the story, getting scared by the enemies, and celebrating every advance. They're simple memories, but very important to me.

Video games often become more than just games. They become memories associated with specific people, moments, and stages of life. Resident Evil 2 is precisely one of those cases for me.

I don't want to make up a dramatic story or say I need this game to live. That would be dishonest. The reality is much simpler: I really love this game, it brings back great memories, and I'd love to have it on my own account so I can enjoy it again whenever I want.

Besides, the current 80% discount makes this probably the best opportunity to try. That's why I decided to make this second attempt.

Regardless of whether someone can help me or not, I sincerely thank anyone who has read this far. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

And if someone decides to give me a chance, I can assure you it will be a gift I truly appreciate. I'll walk every corridor of the police station again, face the Lickers again, run from Mr. X again, and, most importantly, enjoy a game that means so much to me.

Thank you so much for reading.

I wish you all the best and good luck with your own applications.

[REQUEST] [Steam] Can someone buy me RESIDENT EVIL 2 / BIOHAZARD RE:2 Deluxe Edition which is 80% off ($7.80 USD)?

Hello everyone.

I'd like to try and get a copy of RESIDENT EVIL 2 / BIOHAZARD RE:2 Deluxe Edition, which is currently heavily discounted. I know many people post requests and that no one is obligated to give anything away, so first of all, thank you for taking the time to read this.

The reason I chose this game is because I had the chance to play it a while ago on a friend's PlayStation. For several months, he would invite me over to his house, and we would spend entire afternoons playing. Between attempts, scares, laughter, and countless chases by Mr. X, I ended up completely falling in love with the game. In fact, I liked it so much that I even got the platinum trophy on his console.

Although I already know most of the story, Resident Evil 2 is one of those games that, for me, never loses its magic. I always find something new to appreciate: the atmosphere, the sounds, the constant tension of exploring every corridor without knowing what's behind the next door, and the sense of survival that keeps the adrenaline pumping even when you know what's coming.

Furthermore, I grew quite fond of the characters. I think Leon is an incredible protagonist because, despite being in an absolutely terrifying situation, he maintains a certain optimism and sense of humor that make him very human. Claire, on the other hand, demonstrates admirable strength; I always liked her determination and the way she keeps going even when everything seems to be against her.

Something else I love is how the game manages to balance horror with action. There are moments that truly make you feel vulnerable and others that give you the satisfaction of overcoming obstacles that seemed impossible. These are experiences I still remember fondly.

The Deluxe Edition would be fantastic because it includes additional content and would be, in a way, the most complete version of an experience that already means a lot to me. However, I want to be completely honest: if someone were to help me with the standard version, I would also be immensely grateful. For me, the important thing is being able to have the game in my own library and enjoy it again whenever I want.

I'm not going to say it's a necessity or make up some sad story to convince anyone. It's simply a game I absolutely love, and it brings back fond memories of a time when I spent many afternoons playing it with a friend. Being able to revisit the Raccoon City Police Station, face the Lickers again, solve the puzzles, and listen to that incredible soundtrack would be something I would truly enjoy.

I also really appreciate its replayability. Even after finishing it multiple times, I always find reasons to return: to try to complete it faster, manage resources better, use different strategies, or simply relive the story. It's one of those rare games that, for me, remains just as entertaining even after I've explored every corner.

To those who have read this far, thank you for taking a few minutes of your time. Whether or not you can help me, I hope you have a wonderful week, find games that bring you as much joy as this one did for me, and that life brings you many good experiences.

And if anyone decides to give me a chance, I promise it will be a gift I will truly appreciate and enjoy immensely.

Thank you so much for reading and I wish you all the best.

My gift

The 14th was my birthday, and I thought I'd have a good time yesterday. I went to a mall to walk around and listen to music, and then I took the opportunity to go to an anime/manga store. I saw that I could add some manga to my collection, and I saw that they had the Cyberpunk Edgerunners Madness manga. I decided to buy it since I'm a big fan of the anime and the game. I don't usually buy anything for my birthday, but I'm very happy with my purchase.
