If I have to hear this every time I’m walking my dogs or running in the road by your house, I’m flipping it off every time I pass by.

If you have this activated, just know that your neighbors despise it.

I’ve been locked out of my account for going on three weeks now. Locked out due to lack of FB connectivity and no access to a deleted email I made 10+ years ago. Customer service doesn’t do anything, probably because I’m not a paying subscriber.

I understand and am not ignorant to the fact that there are many people in similar situations, but this ticket would likely take 30 seconds to resolve on their end. I would like to upgrade, but I guess they don’t want my money. Crazy they’re treating paying subscribers this way as well.

If anyone from Strava is reading this, please don’t refer me back to your email support. Please help.
