i recently got back into pz and vividly remember you would get wet if you stand outside in the rain but now that i got back into pz i noticed i could stand outside for hours during very bad rain and be bone dry! did this feature get removed am i experiencing a bug or did i gaslight myself into believing that used to happen

I came back to the game a bit ago and wow alot has changed. I wanna know how to level welding i tried dismantling stuff and doing simple crafting recipes and nothing gave me xp

i got some goats trapped in a pen but im worried theyll die during winter cuz my area gets really cold during winter

it keeps dying its not because of the temp i think most of the time its a crisp 20-24c only reason i can think of the weather is:rains allmost all the time is the rain killing my crops?
