My rank is 13 k , so I won't get a good college in round 1 so should I include lower colleges in my preference list to get a seat and then select accept and upgrade or don't get a seat and go to round 3 ???? , like will I be eligible then ?

I am confused between rvitm,bit,bmsit, i want to know how is the coding culture at but , is the faculty good ?, also how are the placements going like ??

I really wanna go to rvitm but scared if the placement will continue to be jointly conducted with rvce ,

I am confused between rvitm and other colleges like jsstu, nie avg package are good but they are in mysore , and other colleges in Bangalore. Don't have high avg package, but I feel it is risky for rvitm as the review says companies prefer rvce over rvitm and also it's a new college, please help
