Recurrent character?

Do you guys hope that she becomes a recurrent character? I thought it was hilarious how she immediately started selling bug spray after the bugs started attacking lol. It would be funny to see her here and there trying to profit from whatever opportunity she finds. Almost like the cabbage man. lol

Electricity

Hi! I live in a three-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn NY (naturally rent is expensive as it is) with my two best friends. One of them and I work 9-5 and my other friend graduated recently and now works from home.

We have always split rent and utilities equally regardless of room size or electricity consumption based on presence (with exception if someone is gone for the entire billing period, we agreed that then that person should be relieved from the electric bill).

Our building is not the most energy-efficient building ever tbh, tbh. We had an outrageous bill of $800 in February but usually it goes down during the summertime.

I just got an email that our electricity consumption has increased this month and it shows that 33% of our consumption happens during 12pm-6pm, which is when my roommate and I are working.

Obviously I don’t wanna be an ass and start asking more money from my other roommate for the electric bill, but I also don’t want to be paying for electricity so much when I’m hardly even home.

What do you guys advise? Has something similar happened to u guys?

PTSD Nightmares

Hi all. Last year I went through a pretty traumatic health experience and had to be hospitalized for two months. Aside from my induced coma, I did not sleep a single night while I was there and they also refused to give me anything aside from hydroxyzine or melatonin.

After I got out I was suffering from severe insomnia. My psychiatrist tried the same things and also trazodone, and they all failed.

Eventually she got me on Ambien and I finally managed to sleep through the night, but now that I was able to sleep another problem came; nightmares. They’re all pretty gruesome nightmares, every scenario of how I likely could’ve died. And the worst part is that they’re lucid nightmares, so Im very much aware I’m dreaming and it feels awfully real.

I changed psychiatrist because the previous one was doing very little and not listening to how it was affecting me. The current one is great, she is very involved and is really trying to find a solution.

We recently tried Prazosin, started with 1mg and then 5mg and it actually made my nightmares worse. Now we’re trying 300mg of gabapentin and se increase my Zoloft to 150mg. And to be fair… I still don’t notice any difference. Still having nightmares and poor quality sleep due to them. She also took me off the ambien, which it’s not too bad because I was not dependent on it. However I do miss how if would keep me from waking up.

Im not sure if anybody has any recs as to what should be the next step? My friend told me that she went through something similar with the nightmares and that they prescribed her low dose antipsychotics and that stopped the nightmares.
