Does every Marketing agency works 6 days a week?

Workplace situation, am I overthinking this?
I’ve been working at the same company for 2 years and recently got a new manager (Senior Marketing Strategist). A new marketing consultant was also brought in, and my KRAs were changed completely. I was removed from SEO and moved towards lead generation through Reddit and LinkedIn because our website’s organic performance has been declining.
Recently, my manager told me I’ve been delaying work, have an attitude problem, and have been disrespectful in the way I speak to people. Honestly, this came as a shock because in my 2 years here, I’ve never received this kind of feedback, and I genuinely don’t believe I’ve been disrespectful towards anyone.
She also said I haven’t prepared the required calendar, but I had already prepared it and shared it with the consultant and in the main group. The consultant apparently didn’t see it, but it was still shared.
I feel like the feedback about my work is being passed on without the complete context, and I’m now wondering if I’m being slowly pushed out, especially since I work quite independently.
Would love an outside perspective, am I overthinking this, or should I be concerned and start taking precautions?

I have seen too many reels on Instagram regarding cold outreaching to companies are they really paying off or is just a click bait on Instagram?
What is this happening in job market, I am having 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing but I am unable to switch my current company, neither the present company paid me well, and depends on my CTA only I am able to get the hike, is it my fault that the current company has not given me enough (maybe) but I am stucked here, I am literally doing copy pasting work only on LinkedIn, what even I am doing, I feels like I dont even know anything, even after applying daily barely receiving calls and still getting ghosted, the company’s answering are not even paying good, and it all feels like a trap, I have loan to repay, and I cannot resign without having any job letter, can anyone help or suggest something?
I did my BTech in Computer Science, but ended up in Digital Marketing. I have been at the same company for 2+ years and currently earn 4.2 INR, most of my work is around SEO, Social media, influencer coordination and clients account handling (2 only). The problem is I feel like working a lot but not actually learning skills that will help me earn significantly more in future. I am applying for Social Media and DM roles expecting around a package of 6.5-7.5 but I am scared that another same job will just lock me into same career path, I have also thought about switching to Business Analyst or Product Owner because of my engineering background but I dont know if that’s realistic or not.
If you were in my position with an Education loan, family responsibilities, and 2 years of marketing experience, would you continue in Marketing, or try to do something entirely different?
